I have use Princeton Van Service 3 times now and they do a great job. From the office help to the guys that moved us. All of them worked hard, did a great job and know what they are doing. I would recommend them for your next move.

Review: I arranged for the complany to provide moving service to move me on 6/29 and told the sales person I had a difficult to access building and therefore, not to send a large truck. On the day of the move they sent their "largest truck", according to the driver. They could not access my house. I asked why they came with such a large truck and the driver told me that "people tell him all the time he can't get the truck into places, but he drives the truck every day, he knows." We had to rescheudle the move. However, they insisted on taking a $780 "cancellation" fee before they would reschedule my move. I was in a rental, with my lease ending 6/30, so I had to move. I paid the fee. We rescheulded to 7/2. The moving team never showed up on 7/2. After several hours of trying to contact the business during normal business hours, I spoke with the owner, who told me his teams and equipment were occupied that day. I rented my own trucks (which were expensive for a short notice, one-way rental) and moved my self. The owner refuses to return the "cancellation" fee or return my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the canncellation fee refunded and the cost of my truck rentals and daily rental changes for exteneding past the end of my lease ($62.50/day for 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3) reimbursed.
