Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I did sign the contract on 02/02/and pay him a deposit of $He never mentioned that this is non refundable. I did not get fired from work, I got laid offI also did not demand or forced him, I asked him if we can work outAnd at that point he was agreed to see what he can doI spoke to him on Feb 13th and at the end he said that he will see what he can doThen From 02/14/ thru 02/I have called him, left voice messages and texted him several times because I wanted to work out with himHe never replied to any one of thoseSince he was already planned to cheat on me Also, we ask him not to cash the check until friday 02/05/2016, but he breached our trust and went head cashed the check on 02/04/ I did call my bank to report the check fraud because I was unable to get in touch with him after trying hundreds of attempts to contcat him I even been to his office and was no body there, that makes me more suspicious that he is really a cheatI got really panicked and thought he was just one of the cheats run away with my moneyI didn not make any statement with my bank as he is a cheat My bank did refund my money after investigationIt is not a matter of $it was matter of $5000.00. I ask you, what would you do in this kind of situation? Obviously trying to work out since you do not want to loose your big amount. I did ask him to refund my money but soon after I realize that he wont refund it, I tried really hard to see if we can workout some wayBut he was so unresponsive We all read the true incidents in paper or follow the reports on the news where a home owner decides to have work done do the home, only to be cheated out by the greedy contractor like *** Construction, never thought that I will be the victime one day.I am ready to see him in the court as well but I Just wanted to make other home owners aware of this fraud schemesnever pay any deposit upfront as he is only after your money.
Regards,

From: Edwin [redacted] [mailto:e[redacted]construction.com] Sent: Wednesday, April 20, 2016 4:29 PM To: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: ID [redacted]   RE: Complaint for refund or exchange issues.   On 2.2.2016 [redacted] signed a contract with [redacted] Construction to replace the roof at 14502 Fenian Ct. Sugar Land TX, 77498 for $18,520.54 and submitted a nonrefundable deposit of $5,000.00.   On 2.6.2016 [redacted] requested a reduction in price from [redacted] Construction for $5,800.00 and revised payment terms , as [redacted] was fired from his job and could not afford to pay the previously agreed price. [redacted] also requested [redacted] Construction submit a supplement to his insurance company for carpet replacement as he cannot afford it, but still wants it.     On 2.12.2016 [redacted], through an email by [redacted], stated his insurance company denied the carpet replacement upstairs and demanded that [redacted] Construction include it at no additional cost. [redacted] violated the agreed terms and breached the contract. See evidence of breach email.   On 4.12.2016 [redacted] filed a claim with Chase Bank that the agreed non- refundable deposit was a fraudulent check. Chase Bank and Bank of America investigated and found that [redacted]’s statement was false and denied his frivolous claim.   This is not the first time a crook has demanded we add in work for free. We are prepared to see him in court and will prevail. A subsequent law suit will be filed for defamation if this is posted on the Revdex.com website.   Please let me know if this is sufficient evidence to deny his false statements and put this to rest, or if my attorney needs to get involved.   Thanks,   Edwin [redacted] Construction, L.L.C.
