I am rejecting this response because:
First off, I did not click anything accepting those terms. Your website is deceptive. I would NEVER agree to such terms. The email receipt I received had no mention of any auto-ship program nor to the receipt that came with the product. Very unethical!I personally would be very ashamed to be in your line of business. One where you make money off of trapping people in contracts that they didn't intend to engage in. I can hear the dinner time conversation. What does [redacted] do now? She sells snake oil on the internet and traps people in auto-ship programs they had no intention of signing up for. Because the fraud you're committing here is so egregious, I have also turned your company in to the Consumer Affairs Division of the Attorney General of New Jersey. The Revdex.com is not a governmental entity and can't make you do anything but you will be a getting a rude awakening from the state. I did return your stupid product within 30 days with an RMA number. It's been three weeks and no refund. So you can't do that part right either. For that reason, I will continue disputing your charge with my credit card and get my refund that way. I just wanted to follow through with a Revdex.com complaint so it will appear as a mark against your company and a warning to other consumers to not engage with your "business."

Since we received no communication from [redacted] (via email or call) expressing that he was dissatisfied with the product within the 14 days trial period. On Feb 01(wed), I received an alert from my Bank for a pending charge of $88.95. Because I was NOT expecting this ridiculous amount of charge: the advert indicated FREE trial; I was made to pay shipping charges of $3.95. The content of the email from the contact person did NOT indicate that I would be charged subsequently. I got all the relevant information through the website because they were NOT available in the email sent to me from the contact person, Kevin A[redacted]. I immediately contacted the customer service email and phone # supplied in the web site, but the sent email bounced(not thr) back after THREE attempts- I tried to inform the company to STOP the pending charges against my A/C on Feb 01, but the email FAILED. I called the contact # 855-812-3504 on Feb 01 thr Feb 02, more than 75 times,but this was NOT through. The email sent to Kevin A[redacted] went through: it did NOT come back as undelivered, but NO response from Mr A[redacted]. Sir, I want a refund of $88.95 charge to my a/c and I am prepared to mail the untouched product, vitamin pills back to you. I CANNOT pay $88.95 for 20 pills. No way! I expected the company to disclose their policy in entirety. The website via the email sent to me did NOT disclose the policy/procedure/pending charges, not even a contact phone # or email address.
