I am very familiar with this issue I reviewed the circumstances, spoke to the customer at length on several occasions, interviewed our sales repand referred the customer to our corporate management team After several discussions and reviews of the contract. We determined
that we met every contractual obligation to the customer. The results of our review were discussed with the customer by local management staff as well as corporate and executive level management. The service the customer describes they expected, was not part of the service the customer chose for their move. The service the customer describes would have required a much higher premium that the customer was not willing to pay Had the customer paid the additional premium they would have been provided with “Exclusive Use” of the trailer and double handling avoided Due diligence was made in review of the circumstances. The customer’s concerns were reviewed to the highest level of our organization. We stand by our decision and no refund is due Please contact me with any additional questions ***

I regards to this complaintWe do have signs posted that gift certificates are non refundable, as the prices change
monthly and we have no record of the price paid for the gift certificate, we also give away many gift certificates for donations which we cannot give money back forIf she has a receipt which I can match with my records, I can give her in store credit for other packages or productsThank you

Customers should be told there are no refunds my husband made the purchase and we still have the receipt, it was on his visaThere is nothing in your spa as I was there beforeNo refund should also be on the receiptI was in there and did not see any signs with no refund but maybe there is NOW
