Review: Between the dates of 5/17/12 and 5/31/12Lava Prints ordered and applied a vinyl wrap to our 2012 F-150 special addition Harley Davidson Truck. The vinyl colors were supposed to match the paint colors on our 2010 Phaeton Coach. They do not. The vinyl was cut and applied unevenly. I went back and asked for a full refund, and was told I could have a partial refund. I have a receipt that states amount paid, which was $1620.96, and a 2 year unconditional warranty. The vinyl is now cracking and pealing off. I have a copy of the receipt and can provide pictures. The owner admitted when a full refund was requested that he was "over his head" with this project. I tried to upload receipt and pictures, but was unable to do so.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.
