final product. I responded with the info above, inquiring why I was hearing there was an artwork issue only after multiple orders had been filled. I was assured the artwork had been adjusted previously to ensure the orders were sent at an acceptable quality. (Remember they just told me this wasn't possible with the artwork I'd submitted.) They told me their main reason for refusing to adjust my artwork this time was so their employees could get out of the habit of doing that since it leads to inconsistency."- We make if very clear that we print artwork as-is and that we need artwork submitted to meet our image requirements - https://printaura.com/image-requirements/ - if a client is to expect their product to print the same way every time. We make no guarantees that we can edit artwork that was submitted incorrectly for every order as it does lead to inconsistencies. We work with our clients to get their artwork to 100%, so that we can avoid having to email them for updates for any of their orders. "I did that then asked for a refund from PA. After emailing then calling about my refund I get a response saying they can print my stuff with the current artwork and if I want a refund I have to pay a restocking fee. ?!?!"- The way our operation works, is that when we receive an order - we order and pay for the blank garments from our distributers. We make it clear that if a client wants to cancel an order that hasn't been printed yet, we need to charge a restocking fee to cover what we have already paid for, as the blank garments for their order can not be returned."I've sent two response emails and called since then and cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss this foolishness."- Our business hours are 9 to 5 and we respond to all emails within 1 business day. We are not available to answer questions after business hours."Check their Facebook page. I stumbled upon 8-10 other reviews with near identical issues--the refusal to refund in full under the guise of a restocking fee, even if the issue is their fault. Customers not receiving their orders in timely manner or receiving low quality items.
