accounts with Dollar Bank in October of 2014. One was a single name account and the other was a Representative Payee for her daughter.The account in [redacted]s name became overdrawn in November of 2014. It was closed with a negative balance owed to Dollar Bank, on December 22, 2014. Collection efforts were made to recover the funds owed. On January 24, 2015 a conversation was held with the customer. She stated she couldn't make any arrangements until February 2015. The customer was called again on February 23, 2015. A message was left for her to call. A call was not returned to our Consumer Collections Department.On March 5, 2015 a direct deposit was received into the Representative Payee account. The funds were not from Social Security but rather in the name of [redacted]. Due to the balance owed to Dollar Bank the funds were withdrawn to offset the balance outstanding. The remaining balance was provided to the customer as she was at the branch office. That account was closed on March 6, 2015.
