Tried to order an item from one of their Web sites but my card issuer declined the charge after they sent me a fraud alertTheir company made several small unauthorized charges to my account and the banks fraud system caught itHow much money does this company make cheating customers ? All customersbshould review their statements to see if this company nicked them for a few bucksJust to be safe I had my card blocked and will get a new one issuedPretty damned annoying

I placed an order with this company for two shirtsTwo days later I received an email stating that my package had shippedTwo weeks later it had still not arrivedI contacted customer service and was told the order was still processing and had not ever shippedI promptly asked that they cancel my order and refund my moneyCustomer service rep apologized and agreed to cancel and refundFive days later the shirts arrived, no refundHorrible business practiceIf I ask for a refund and am told I will receive one then that is what I expect, not the product I ordered three weeks prior

I placed an order with this company for two shirts. Two days later I received an email stating that my package had shipped. Two weeks later it had still not arrived. I contacted customer service and was told the order was still processing and had not ever shipped. I promptly asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. Customer service rep apologized and agreed to cancel and refund. Five days later the shirts arrived, no refund. Horrible business practice. If I ask for a refund and am told I will receive one then that is what I expect, not the product I ordered three weeks prior.
