I spoke with Mr *** last Friday the 11th, and made an appointment for us to install a barrier panel of acrylic in his bathroom to help reduce the amount of moisture from forming on the skylight , the appointment is set up for tomorrow the 15th at 8:AM. We installed a new skylight for him
last yearCurrently home owner does not have a bathroom vent fan to help the moister exit the bathroom, so the majority of the moisture is condensing on the insulated glass of the skylightWe have suggested to him on several occasions that he needs to install a new bathroom vent fan, and it must be vented to the exterior of the house in order to help reduce the high moisture level in his bathroomHe said that he understands that it would help but at this time he is now willing to do it at this time Thank youDon W***

I am rejecting this response because: there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom before wingler replaced the old skylight and since they replaced it with untreated wood is what caused the mold issuewingler has done the work they said they would which is satisfactory at bestand I am glad to be done with them
