Dear Ms [redacted] : Good afternoonI am formally requesting that my complaint be re-opened I have read the response from the business manager at Printing Center USA and his statements are for the most part untrue The resolution they offered to me of issuing a call tag to return the books and for them to simply replace the covers with the UV coating is NOT acceptable to me Here are the issues that remain [1] The corners of each and every book I received are damaged (torn at the top and bottom corners) [2] Binding is not professional [3] UV coating that we paid for was not applied Evidence of my claim will be cheerfully provided It would also be important to note that the business manager stated in a telephone conversation to me personally that he would not be reprinting my order due to the expense to his company I can only surmise that this is his position because he had another company (Can Do Printing) print my order and he doesn't want to pay the expense of having it reprinted It remains my position that a full refund or reprint is the only fair outcome Thank you, [redacted]

The offer of a full refund or reprint in full that she is entitled to Is still open for her to accept. From my understanding of the situation she wants to keep the damaged merchandise, refuses to return it and still wants PrintingCenterUSA to reprint the job, thus giving her double the amount of product. This is not a 2 for 1 Sale. Nowhere does our guarantee state she can keep the damaged merchandise. What doesn’t she understand about this?

Maximum refund per order or customer is $2500. The only remedy for problems with orders over $2500 is reprinting of the order to correct product defects

PrintingCenterUSA accepts the responsibility of not UV Coating and not properly binding. We suggested that she ship the books back and we would reprint the cover with UV coating, re-saddle stitch and ship back to her.  This was not acceptable to her. We made several suggestions on how we might fix the problem. None were acceptable to her.
The “98% of the booklets arrived damaged in shipment due to poor / insufficient packaging on the part of the printer.” statement was never expressed to us but would have been taken care of with the reprint if she had accepted.
We then offered to reprint the entire job upon receipt of returned merchandise at PrintingCenterUSA’s expense as stated in our guarantee. She did not want to return the damaged merchandise. She refused stating she wanted to have a complete new job and be able to keep the damaged one, thus having an additional order for free. We stated that’s not the way the guarantee works.
 The Offer Is Still Open for Her To Accept. Return the Damaged Merchandise and We Will Reprint.

The company I work for is in Canada (as I am as well, of course) and they prefer to pay for shipping (from USA) than to get things printed with any of the cheap options available here, that's how happy we are with their results.
Our experience so far have been pretty good. Personally, what I love the most is that they receive working files (nothing of that "outline your fonts" nonsense) and there is quite a bit of room for customization (you can upload your own artwork), if you don't see the options you need on their website you just deal with a sales rep who will give you a customized quote, receive your working files, payment and everything. I have printed postcards, bookmarks and booklets and the quality of work was pretty good (and being a graphic designer I can certainly attest that). Shipping on time as well.
I can say the experience is almost the same as when dealing with your regular VERY expensive printing shop, the difference being that you don't have to pay outrageously to get good service and quality of work.

wow is all I can say, a very big shout out to this company, I must of called and e-mailed them 20 times, and they were so kind, even though I made the mistakes,We caught it on time, and they halted every thing, to fix our order for us, 250 perfectly printed calendars, with perfect pics, no smudges nothing, PERFECT, Thanks again to all of you that helped us on this project, [redacted], @ [redacted]
