Long time wholesale customerThis company is diving of late and the way they have gone about it is shamefulI have lost several clients due to their negligenceWe have had three orders in two weeks fail to meet any and all guarantees the company madeThe customer service is laughable(Please check my files complaint for exact examples with proof)We were assured the final order would be handled as advertised in the name of the company itself, Next Day They promised up and down after failing twice prior (same client no less) that this package eould arrive in timeIt did notNot only did it not make it I was put on hold times through the day and promised a call back each timeFinally I was told at 6pm est that my order would not be there as promisedGiving us zero time to even locate another vendorKnowing all along they could not meet the dead line, they chose to just stringing me alongThat was the final straw I'm no stickler or pain in the *** I own two companies and work hard at what we doI have never felt the need to do this beforeNever left a negative feedback, nothingBut this company needs to be called out on thisPlease check the complaint as I will detail all phone logs, order dates, tracking, messages etc Due to their incompetence we have lost a client that has been with us yearsThanks fellasKeep up the good workFor the rest of you out there go somewhere elseThey can not fulfill the one gimmick they promiseYou can find must fairer pricing as well as better customer loyalty elsewhere

I am very happy I discovered uprinting.com I have a small business and keeping costs down is important
I was spending about twice as much for my printing and mailing before The quality was no better I used to use one of the big name online printing companies
I like saving money and getting the same quality

The site states "Back to back printing, sequential numbering and padding are optionalPrint as low as or as much as 10,forms, and will be ready to ship in business days." It is misleading and dishonest My order is taking days! I still have not received it The customer service is insincere and not helpful I used them because I needed it quickly I ordered on the 9th and needed my order by the 18th I didn't get it and I am told that it will arrive by 2/24!! The shipping is high especially for a week turnaround! I will NEVER use them again

Exceptionally poor quality Colors do not match I paid for the best stickers that they had and the adhesive will not allow the stickers to stick to most surfaces They did call me and tell me that they gave me then end of the sticker roll and that they knew that it was of poor quality they then offered to give me 20% off of my next order If you produce a *** product why would I want to spend more money with you? I wasted $dollars Im going to throw their product in the trash and use spend a little extra to get what I paid for originally! STAY AWAY!!!

So, my experience with UPrint started off positivelyThen it went to ***They told me they could print my bookletI submitted it for proof and then I get a phone call saying they can't take the jobAfter I told them I no longer wanted to get my booklets printed because they said they couldn't do the job, they called and then said they could do the jobGreatSo I continued to submit my proof and get what I was told they could supplyI was then told I would get a free hard copy proof, only to be told it was a photo copy and that I had to pay $per page to print the hard copySo for 1/of the cost for booklets I could get I then decided to just order the bookletOrder placed, should have been here the next weekI then call because I hadn't gotten a confirmation that my booklets shipped only to be told I never approved anything and that I never submitted paymentI got a confirmation and everythingBasically, I now have to find a local printer who can print my booklet within two daysI just still can't believe this

I have been using UPrinting since at least 2008 or 9. Online site has always been clear- no issue with added fees, inferior products vs. proofs, etc. They also have fantastic online support. In my many years as a customer, I have received great products and have felt valued.

Giving us zero time to even locate another vendor. Knowing all along they could not meet the dead line, they chose to just stringing me along. That was the final straw.

Due to their incompetence we have lost a client that has been with us 7 years. Thanks fellas. Keep up the good work. For the rest of you out there go somewhere else. They can not fulfill the one gimmick they promise. You can find must fairer pricing as well as better customer loyalty elsewhere.

The service is awful. I order flyers to be ready in one week .. I was promised they'd be ready .. I went to the office to pick up my flyers . They came out all wrong . I explained this to the order manager , Llenefer K. She quickly gave up on pleasing a paying customer & gave me complete attitude . I just wanted nice flyers for my family event . This place did nothing but waste my time .

I am VERY disapointed with this company. They continue to fail customers daily. I have been a longtime customer but find customer service is lacking and attention to detail is even worse. After submitting an order to them and confirming that the files were received the order is stil waiting for files? They rush you off the phone and say something is done when it is not. 2 weeks later and my order should have been getting processed but guess not. Very sad to see you have to run your business and theirs.

I ordered bookmarks with next day flyers recently. I had a great experience with them. I found the website easy to use. I also received my product on time and exactly how I ordered it. I am very pleased with my experience. I did not have any issues, so I did not have to deal with customer service at all, so I cannot comment on that. I went on here right after I ordered and was afraid because of the previous reviews. I am so glad that I worked with them. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that I know shoe needs services that they offer. I hope that more people who had a good experience write a review to balance their reputation out. I am sure others have received the good service that I did.

This company is by far the MOST accommodating company I have EVER had the opportunity to do business with! We had a very short deadline to get our product and we not only received it 2 days early, but the employees really cared about meeting our needs!! I will recommend UPrinting.com to anyone looking for mass printing needs. I will also ALWAYS get my printed products from them!!

Fantastic service. My first time creating business cards online (or at all) and working with images and documents that weren't the right format at first, I was relieved when the person on their instant Chat Help (His name was [redacted]) walked me through the whole process. He stayed with me while I adjusted my images and my project on their site, checked it for me to make sure I had made the right changes, and I was on my way. When I got the proof, it was a bit too small so I consulted the chat help again and was again relieved when they held my order while I fixed it the way I wanted. The website is very user-friendly and the support staff are friendly and helpful as well. It took about 10 days from order to my door, and I'm more than happy with the results. The cards are perfect- great color, exactly the way they looked online and more than I could have hoped for for the price. Excellent! I would recommend to everyone.

I have been using UPrinting for a couple years now and in all that time, only once did UPrinting ever screw up my order. The catalogs they sent were smugged and the pages were out of order. I called them, They send me out replacements for every single damaged catalog and they resolved the issue perfectly without even a question.\r\n\r\n I could not be happier with the service or their products.\r\n\r\[redacted]\r\[redacted]\'s [redacted] Corp.
