Review: Upon moving out in May 2014, I was promised that I would receive my security deposit back from [redacted] Rentals; according to the email message from [redacted], the protocol for receiving the security deposit is within 30 days of moving out. I moved out on May 18, 2014 and I should have therefore received my security deposit by June 18, 2014. I paid the security deposit ($675) on April 14, 2011. I emailed, called, and texted [redacted] numerous times throughout May 2014 and continued to text and email him over the next few months. On June 23, 2014, I texted [redacted] with the following message: "Hi [redacted]! This is [redacted]. I hope all is well. I just wanted to check in- I haven't seen a check arrive in the mail with my security deposit. Do you know when I can expect to receive that?" [redacted] responded on June 23, 2014 with the following message: "I am meeting with [redacted] later today to give him the deposit refund list so he can get them sent out." [redacted] has not responded to any of my messages from that point onwards and I still have not received my security deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my security deposit for the full amount of $675.00 from [redacted] Rentals as soon as possible.
