Don't shop with Prints.com
Horrible, rude customer service. No confirmation emails. No tracking number. Paid almost $50 for 2 posters. They never arrived. They told me they refunded my money (and told me "no sense in getting bent out of shape over a $10 order.") . I'm just leaving reviews everywhere I can. They are a horrible company, and don't deserve your business.

Review: I bought an art print from prints.com. The website described the print as being 24 1/4 by 36 inches (paper size). When it arrived, the print was actually 20 3/4 by 36 inches. This 2 1/2 inch difference in the height of the paper means it does not fit the frame intended for it. Because prints.com misrepresented the size of the print, I requested that they refund both the purchase price and the price of shipping, and was (very rudely) told "no." Since this product was falsely advertised, I should be made whole, by being refunded the full cost and not just the cost of the product.Desired Settlement: A full refund, totalling the price of the item ($30) plus the cost of shipping ($5) plus the cost of return shipping ($10+).

Review: On August 7, 2013 I placed an order for a limited edition print which was listed in their on-line inventory.. Prints.com accepted my order and charged my credit card $1,429.90. No print arrived. On August 19, 2013 I telephoned Prints.com and spoke to a representative who identified herself as "[redacted]". She indicated that the "Manager" of prints.com was filling my order and that the print was being shipped another warehouse. She also assured me that she would later that day send me an email detailing the status of the order including the date it was being shipped.

No email arrived. No print arrived. On August 23, 2013 I sent an email detailing my complaint and requesting an immediate refund and credit back on my charge card. I received an email response indicating that a refund would be made in 30 days.

It's obvious that they never had the print while misstating that they had the same "in a different warehouse". In the meantime, believing that Prints.com was going to honor our contract, I missed out on bidding on the same out of date print that came up for sale, not wanting two of the same.

It is deceptive to list prints for a specific price that you do not have while charging the customer immediately, then delaying any refund for 30 days.

I would never do business with Prints.com again.Desired Settlement: Same as above

I ordered "No Place Like Home" a limited edition print (signed & numbered) by Linda Nelson Stocks from Prints.com on October 5, 2013. Today on October 24, I received an open edition copy of this print. I immediately called and talked with [redacted] (who refused to give me his last name" and told him that the print I received was not signed and numbered as was advertised. He told me that sometimes the signature and numbers are in pencil and difficult to see. I told [redacted] that I have other prints by this artist and the signature and numbers are not at all difficult to find. [redacted] told me that he would check his warehouse and get back to me. When [redacted] called back he again stated that the signature and numbers might be hard to see, but I could return the print if I wished. I asked that he pay my return shipping, since the item received was not as advertised and possibly fraudulent. [redacted] refused to make any guarentee about my shipping costs. He said that I could return the print if I was not happy with it and just take my chances about a refund. I said that I expected an email stating that my money would be refunded including my shipping costs. [redacted] refused to do this and said that I could keep the picture if I wanted, or return it and take my chances. I did not receive an invoice with my purchase and upon inspection of the shipping label, I discovered that my print had come from a completely different business, Elegant Horse Pictures. I went to this business website and found the picture that I received clearly marked as an open edition. I telephoned this business and was told that [redacted] purchased the print from them, even though their website clearly states the the print is an open edition. I asked my credit card company to dispute the transaction, but I still do not have the print I wished but am stuck with an open edition print which is worthless to me!

After waiting for one month when Prints.com said they would deliver giclee on acid free paper in 9-11 days, I was told, "sometimes this happens." When I took it in to have it framed, both the framer and I realized what poor quality it was. When I called about it, I was told that regardless of quality, you have just 30 days to ask for a replacement and there was nothing they were willing to do. I will not be shopping with prints.com again.
