Review: I ordered a canvas deal from printsmart.co a little over a month ago. Their site stated that orders placed on the specific day that I placed would be delivered by Dec. 18th. I waited a few days past, and still recieved nothing. I tried calling the company, was not successful. I emailed them twice. By the second email, they responded. They told me that my order was a "speical discount order" and that it would be another 2 weeks until shipped out. So I waited 2 weeks. I gave it a few more days and then emailed again. I did not get a response back so I emailed again. Seven emails later, no response. I then realized that they had removed their number from their site. So I looked them up on facebook and seen where many other customers are having the same problem with them. On Jan. 6th they posted a status on their facebook stating that orders have beem delayed and will now proceed with shipping out. Customers will receive tracking info to thwie emails that day. I did not receive an email. So I commented on the status. They did not responded. I commented two more times within three days and still no response. It has now been over a month since I placed and paid for my products. These canvases I ordered were supposed to be gifts. I just want what I paid for or my money back. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would either like my canvases to be shipped to me right away, or my money back in full!
Review: I ordered from printsmart.co after purchasing a deal voucher code from [redacted].com. I followed the specific directions and completed my order. I allowed 7 weeks for delivery and I still have not received my items. I have sent them multiple emails asking where my product was or when I could expect it to arrive and have not gotten a response. Today I called and left a voice mail and did not get a response. I also emailed them again today. I have copies of some of the emails should you need them. I have placed two separate orders with this company. The order numbers are 2556 ordered on Jan 1st and 41673 ordered on Feb 13th. I have spent nearly 200.00 on [redacted] for the voucher code and am extremely upset that I am out of this money with NO product in my hands or even in the foreseeable future! I can NOT log in with my log in information on their website (Printsmart.co) . It says that it does not exist. I have screen shots of the emails showing my log in email and password and yet now it doesn't exist? I have other files but this will only let me add one! I attached one of the receipts for you.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund of funds ordered from my card and my family member ([redacted]'s card) or I would like to get my canvases delivered to my doorstep with free shipping, as was part of the deal.
Review: On Black Friday I purchased five canvases through PrintSmart.co, having found the deal on a trustworthy site. Communication was intermittent as they emailed me to get the files for the canvases, then emailed me again for a better address to send the canvases to. I have since tried to call and email but have gotten no responses.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back at this point. It has been almost six months since my order was placed.
Review: I ordered 5 canvas prints, order #[redacted]. I should've received them by now, but haven't and the website doesn't even have the tracking info available. I have tried messaging, emailing, and calling with no response. I want to know when I will receive the canvases &/or want a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund or to know when I will receive the canvases.
I can't find a street address. Their headquarters is in [redacted], pa, but they have several locations on the east coast. Phone number: [redacted]. Like I said before, the phone just rings & goes to an answering machine. I have also contacted them using these addresses: [redacted]. [email protected] but have not received a response. They said they'd respond within 2 business days & its been 2 weeks.
Review: Placed an order on November 29, 2013 and have yet to receive my purchase as of May 2, 2014. Have emailed numerous times as well as inquired via website and have yet to receive any correspondence from this company.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would honestly just like my refund of $99.
Review: I ordered 5 canvas prints from the company on January 14th, 2014. I was under the impression it would take roughly a week to print and send to me. I immediately sent an email to their customer service email address making sure my prints would be cropped correctly as the option was not given during the time of checkout. I got no response. I waited a few days and emailed again, no response, I went on their [redacted] page and no response. I sent over 6 emails and [redacted] messages trying to get some sort of response. Nothing. Finally I did some research on the site and found the owners personal email and emailed him directly. Low and behold I get a response from them telling me they won't ship my order until they resolve an issue they have with [redacted]. I don't feel I should have to suffer for an issue they have with her partnership with another company. It's just horrible business practice. I ordered these prints for an upcoming show I have. As it stands now I'll have to pay another $200+ to another company to order the same prints just to make sure I have them in enough time. All said and done this is going to cost me over $400 for a "deal" that was suppose to save me money. I'm extremely unhappy and feel completely and utterly ripped off.

I truly hope you can help me. I've made several attempts to contact PrintSmart.co in regards to my order I placed earlier this month with absolutely no response. I've posted constant requests on your [redacted], and have emailed to both [redacted] and [email protected] with absolutely no response. I feel like I wasted my money. I ordered 5 prints from you all of which I need for an upcoming show and I'm concerned about the quality of product I will receive and if I'll even receive a product. I'm to the point where I'm going to contact the Revdex.com if I don't get some resolve soon. Now with the new site launch I can't even view my order placed. It's like it doesn't exist and there is no customer service number to call? This is really bad practice. I will make it known to my fellow makeup artists, and countless professional photographers and wedding industry professionals to use another service. Please help in making this horrible experience tolerable.

Our email was down yesterday because we we're putting out a new website and we didn't have access to it.
We use the entire image you send us to be on the front of the canvas, then it is mirrored onto the sides of the canvas.
We have your order, but are facing issues getting paid from [redacted].

To be frank, the fact that you haven't received payment from [redacted] is not my concern. I paid for a product. Your deal with [redacted] is not my problem or my concern. It's not good business practice to withhold a product from me(the consumer), THAT I PAID FOR because you're having a dispute with a company YOU MADE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH, take up your concerns with them and provide me the products that I paid for. How is that not common sense? I've already placed a claim with the Revdex.com and I'm going on a full core press with my business ** and all other social media to make sure everyone I know, knows and understands how bad your customer service is. I want my products sent to me ASAP. That's the only thing you can do to salvage this horrible experience.
[redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want my items. And I want other consumers to be aware of how bad their business practice is. They have 1 customer service email and weren't going to respond to me until I emailed the owner. Their suggestion they they didn't respond because of the "new site" is frankly a lie. I had sent most of my emails before the new site was launched as well as on **.
Review: I placed an order for 5 canvas prints on 11/18/2013. Didn't hear a word for 10 days concerning my order but my credit card was charged. I emailed on 11/26 and was answered by [redacted], account director/president. He sent me proofs and I approved, this took until 12/1. Then nothing so I messaged 12/9 for an update with no reply. I looked the company up online and read terrible reviews so on 12/10 I emailed again and asked to cancel my order and get a refund because my order was still showing as unshipped. He replied that the company would ship out my canvases next week. I told him I wanted them cancelled not shipped and he never replied. I've tried calling multiple times and get only voicemail, nothing else. I've emailed 3 more times with no reply. I am not the only one going through this, I checked out their [redacted] page. I am out $99 and I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I am out $99 on an unshipped order. I want my order cancelled and my credit card reimbursed.
