I am a *** veteran and made a purchased of 4 facemask for a total of $84.96 and taxes 94.25 back in May 28, 2020 .. Today date I have not received anything .. After several emails they refused to refund me my money and told me I just have to continue to wait ..I phone them several time to no avail ..I saw their advertisement on *** and purchased through *** instructed me to work with them . I have try very hard but no avail ..I have never in my life file a complaint and always took the hit .. But at my age enough is enough .They also used the name of *** I used my *** to make the purchased. I noticed on *** that there are many who have not gotten anything also .. I hope you could help me , I know thing are bad for everyone out there and for me and my family . Try your best if not .. Please stay safe out there , wear you mask .. God Bless you and your ..

Placed an order on May 21st and still don’t have my order... I have requested either the product or a refund and currently have neither... Keep getting the same lame email and fixing issues with their delivery company...

Ordered a mask over a month ago, I keep getting the same message from them. I guess I just waisted money.

I placed an order back on April 7, 2020 and the company has of yet been unable to fulfill my order citing they are trying to workout the issue with the delivery company since May 2020. I ask them for a tracking number and they claim there system is updating each time and I follow up with them 3 times a week trying to get this tracking number.

I have requested a refund with them and also filed a complaint with *** rejected my request since Printizily provided a tracking number which went to an address in my state but not to my residence. I opened a case with the post office and they wouldn't provide me the exact address the shipment was sent to but did state the package was 2 oz which is far from the weight of a king size quilt.

I have then filed a request with my credit card to refund me the money from PayPal and pending the outcome of this request.

Printzily is a complete scam of a company do not do business with them as they don't provide any customer service and just give you a run around for months while keeping your money.

Ordered 2 masks from them months ago. They refuse to give me a refund for this product. I haven’t received it. They say it’s shipped but refuse to give me any proof, I paid extra for shipping insurance. I just want a refund for the product I never received.

This is in follow up to my "Joe G" posting below. It took 2 months, but I got my delivery, and it looks like it did on the website. I'm happy with the product, although it was poorly packaged. It's a rug, and should be rolled up. Instead they folded it up tight and now it's got wrinkles where folded. I think I can iron them out. The tracking system Printzily uses is poor-- it showed my package first delivered to a shipper in Brooklyn NY 10 miles from my house. A month later it's in California, having come from China. Another time it's got my parcel in China and California on the same day and then the next day, back and forth, and another time it has it coming from Chile. The day it arrived the tracker said it was across the river in New Jersey. But in the end I suppose it worked out.

I ordered a mask from this company on April 23, 2020 and was told I would get a tracking number in a separate email.. Well by May 3rd I hadn't received the tracking number. After email them asking about my order or tracking number I was told the delivery company was overloaded with stock and they had to wait to catch up, but they would send my tracking number ASAP. On may 10th they said my order had been shipped, buy June 3rd I still had nothing and email them again. This time they said the wrong item had been shipped and they would send my correct one out ASAP, and send me a tracking number. It is now June 20th and I don't have a tracking number for the either shipment or a mask. They've stopped responding to my emails.

Order placed to purchase 2 masks and filter replacements on 4/16/20. I never received a tracking number for order. Attempted to call company and email. I sent an email on 4-28-20 informing them I still did not receive shipping or tracking info and requested to cancel and refund the order. On 5/30/20, Printzily emails me telling me they sent my shipment and that the delay is with the shipping company. They said they are trying to solve with them and will contact me. 06/02/20, I send Printzily an email thanking them for finally emailing me. I asked if they knew when I could expect the masks and if they could provide a tracking number. Nothing. I received the replacement filters and sent emailed them pictures of what I received and the tracking number power their email request. Printzily again apologies. I ask for replacement masks and if it would help expedite the process as it was almost 2 months later and no masks. I asked for a phone number to call them instead of email. They did not provide. 06/03/20, Printzily emailed me starting they contacted delivery company and they were at fault during shipment. They said my missing order of masks would be sent. I reply to email on 06/03/20 asking for a phone number to call them, an estimated delivery date, and a tracking number. No acknowledgement. On 06/04/20, I emailed again along for status update and nothing. At this point, the company is horrible at customer service. All I'm asking for is for Printzily to call me or a phone number to call them to discuss. At this point, I want a refund for the entire order. It had been 3 months since order was placed and I still have no masks. I will also send back the replacement filters because I will have no need for them without the masks.

I ordered masks from this company in April of 2020. Its now June and I still havent received my product. I was charged before the product ever shipped despite the site advising that there would be no charges until the product shipped. I got a tracking number that says my order hasnt moved since April 27th with no updates and the company is making no effort to either send the product or refund the purchase price. All they do is apologize. They won't even identify the shipping company they use so I can contact them directly to get order status. It took a month to get a reply to an email.

This company is a complete fraud! I placed an order back in April 2020 totaling 788.14. Still have not received the order!!! I have tried calling and emailing and they do not return calls or emails and yes I have check my junk folder as their website recommends. I am trying to get a refund. They are thief's!!! BUYERS BEWARE. IF YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY THEN GO FOR IT. DISGUSTING!!!

Same experience as others - order placed April 4,2020. - still MIA - very unresponsive customer service. I don’t know anyone that has received anything that they have ordered from them. They also flash up on the screen people from your area who have just recently bought things on their website. I live in a very small community and I know most of the people here – these people do not exist. This website is definitely a scam don’t waste your money

Ordered a carpet April 26. May 13 I'm told it's with the shipper. Fine-- with Covid19 things take a bit longer. Printzily gives me a tracking number that says the shipper is in a zip code 10 miles from my house. It sits with the alleged "shipper". 2 weeks later it's supposedly still there and not delivered to the USPS. I make inquiries. I get responses in broken english that are typically delivered around midnight eastern standard time, so the customer support is probably located half way around the world. They say the problem is with the shipper, they are trying to resolve it, maybe it's "the covid". I say give me the name of the shipper and I'll call them and go pick it up. They respond with a non responsive reply about printzily only doing online delivery and closing their shop. I make more inquiries, get more 'we're working on it' responses. June 3 it is still supposedly sitting with the alleged shipper. I don't think they are a scam because they're paying somebody somewhere to respond, however poorly, to my emails. But I think they are incompetent. Beware of some other sites that look like them, they may be the same folks--- look for similar products, similar website design, misspellings (e.g., "custumer") and corporate addresses that are incomplete or make no sense.

I tried to purchase a mask from Printzily 6 weeks ago. They never delivered the product, they did not answer emails, their message system on their website does not work (***) and they dont answer the phone ***) I simply want what I paid for or a refund. I understand delays but its been over 6 weeks with no communication and np product.

Similar to what everyone else said. I ordered two face masks from them. I received one of the two and it was comically defective... looked like they tossed tome pre-cut fabric into an automated sewing machine that got it alllll wrong. It's turning out that this is some scammer in China who never reveals their identity. Their proposed solution to offer me 20% off of a future order... not to replace the defective piece; not to send to me the item that never showed up... but to try to get me to send them more free money.
If you want a good laugh, go ahead and order from them. Otherwise, just click off of their ad.

I placed an order on 04/14/2020 at 10:10 pm and then requested to cancel the order on 04/15/2020 at 02:17 am. The seller refused to issue a refund stating

"Hi ,
Sorry but we cannot cancel your order
It was packed and ready to ship
Thank you"

The seller website states that you can cancel an order for any reason within 12 hours of purchase which I did. The seller statement cannot be true because it has been over 30 days and I have not received any merchandise from this seller. I am beginning to think that this maybe a fraudulent company defrauding people out of money.

Printzily bills while another company sells. I have notified Paypal. Facebook should not let them advertise. I got how is your order emails and never received anything. Big scam. I wonder what PayPal can do I will see shortly. Horrible..

I placed an order on April the 10th and have yet to receive my merchandise. I have made several attempts to get status on my order because they will not respond to my request. I am going to proceed in filing a complaint with the W.Va
Attorney General Office. To get this resolved . I am suspecting that this is a fraudulent company.

I have attempted to contact this company in order to acquire further information on where my package is located. I was informed that I would need to wait a number of days (5+) to hear anything. I was later made aware that I should be patient and wait for my package after 10+ days of waiting for it. Now we are going well beyond 2.5 weeks of awaiting my purchase. I am losing my patience regarding this matter and I'm close enough to calling my bank to dispute a fraudulent charge. I need to be contacted asap with information on what is going on before I dispute this charge. Otherwise, mainstream media will be fully aware of what they have done.

Wish I would have read this before I ordered! Was recommended by a group friend who said he received orders for mask from this company. Place an order and have still not received anything. Have sent emails, called, filed complaint with PayPal to no avail. This is a scam. They use the name Printzlily, vivelacebeauty and Allienmasks.
They don't even deserve the 1 star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company charged me 93.99 for masks, the minute the order was placed on 4/16 I immediately reached out to them to cancel the order, I have reached out to them multiple times and I have only received one email from them late last week saying they couldn't refund my order. This company is fake, it is a bunch of liars taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Awful customer service that is ignoring people taking their money and saying its too late when they dont have the product in any sort of existence/production.
