I am rejecting this response because: It is on two accounts #1) the price is double the price quoted on the phone #2) The pickup was supposed to be delayed as the flight was delayed and the notification was sent hours prior to the arrival not min late This company has one of the lowest ratings on *** for a reason If I would have used *** prior to hiring them I would never have called them This company will very soon be out of business forever

Dear *** ***,We are in receipt of your letter dated December 11, in reference to *** *** complaint.The client's agent called at 6:20pm on November 11, to cancel a pick up scheduled at 6:pm on November 11, 2014.As stated in the enclosed Reservation Agreement,
cancellations are to be made within hours of the scheduled pickupThe cancelled was made minutes after the scheduled pick up.Sincerely,Shadi S

Review: On march 10th and 13th I used the services of this company for transportation from and to the airport [redacted] to [redacted]. During both transportations I asked the drivers to provide me with a receipt. Both drivers stated that they are unable to do so and that I needed to call the office. During both drives I called to the office and was told that the receipts will be emailed. A week later I had not received them so I called to ask if they could fax me the receipts. I was told to let them try one more time if I don't have it in one hour to call back. When I called back I was told that they do not have capabilities to do fax and that they only work online. I had to call them 9 times I was told a manager would call me back which they didn't I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. I eventually had to get them to send it to my husbands personal email. I shouldn't have to impose on someone else's personal account in order to get a receipt for something I have paid for. The company was unwilling to help or work with me to get a resolution that was left to my own resources.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to

1) issue an apology

2) put in place away for a customer to receive receipt of service besides just email

3) compensate for my time and trouble by refunding The cost of at least one of the series I used with them and provide proof of such
