We have no problem refunding this customer and re entering the order If we could get who to make the check out too and the address verified we will send a check with a tracking number to it to ensure it's arrivial

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Initially, I cannot comprehend most of what is being said in this severely broken English response I have a copy of the cancelled check Please forgive me the tardy delay in responding, as my mother just passed and I had to attend to some business with that I HAVE spoken to police, sheriffs in both, Summit and Eagle counties I have email chains to both to back this up I have also spoken to another business in the same commercial building as Priority Choice Marketing and YES, they have CONFIRMED that they HAVE heard others complain against the fraudulent activities of this company Please let me know if you need anything further This is DEFINITELY a scam and I want it STOPPED!!! If the customer can verify the address we will be able to send the two subscriptions ordered next week

We will accept the Colts of the check as proof of paymentWe will also send the customer a refund We would still like the contact info from the Summit County sheriffs department That shows there questioning of the legitimacy of our company I also see in no way how our customer service number indicates we are a illegal operation Also with contacting all places of business located in the same complex of our address None have implied we are a scam and all of them didn't even know who or what we did The customer can expect there refund in The next to weeks Thank you

What magazine did the customer purchase We have the order being processed in June giving the delivery time sometime in SeptemberAt the to day Mark posted on the receipt We would have no problem refunding the customer if they could provide proof of payment Thank you

70$ Is the price for a magazine sent to the troops order The sales agent marked the order as a gift to the Troops The customer is entitled to a refund or the magazine providing that they can simply send us a copy of the receipt to show that it was a mistake on our part and we will send them a refund or magazine which ever they would prefer I don't see why this would be a problem

With receiving the proof of payment we are happy to send out the 35$ refund We are under the impression all of our magazine are 65$ We have never offered a product for 65$ We looked at this complaint as a small issue It does appear are our end under further investigation the customer was sent a magazine A substitute magazine On the receipt it does state a substitute magazine may be sent In the event the title is no longer available Again 65$ is the cheapest magazine we offer We to had no idea the customer did not receive the partial payment refund and still are searching for the reason she did not receive the 35$ refund that was sent out We are in no way a scam It does seem a little suspect that she had only paid half the cost of a subscription, she had trouble providing proof of payment and now has not received the first refund that was sent outAlso again we are confused by the language in the complaint of Cancelled check We are under the impression if you cancel a check we would receive no payment from the customers account We will be more then happy to resolve this issue with sending anther 35$ check Also telling us to seek Revdex.com accreditation do be legitmant is Telling us to pay money to the Revdex.com

I just emailed you the copies of the check and a copy of the receipt to the email provided in the response I am also attaching all three of those documents hereto Yes, check out the number on the receipt Just phoning that number, you know this is an entire SCAM Please refund my money immediately

[redacted] I'm contacting you in regards to the complaint We would ask for proof of cashing the check the same next or any day.Proof of payment as stated on the receipt We do understand this is way outside the cancelation policy But we would make a exception for the conciliation procedure not being followed if we did in fact cash her check.Priority Choice Marketing deposits all check To our knowledge has never cashed anyone's check We have tried several times to resolve this issue and this was explained to the customer several times via phone conversations.Our receipt clearly states we do and are not open on Fridays Saturdays or Sundays.Our hrs are am to pm..In reference to the days It clearly states on the receipt No Post dated checks Our cancelation period is days post marked Again on the receipt it clearly states this.We go by the postmark on the envelope If the check is deposited we ask for proof of payment No proof of payment has been provided

I have never gotten the magazine or a refundI have filed complaints with you and nothing has happenedPriority keeps saying they will refund my money $but nothing has ever been returned to me.Desired Outcome: I want a full refund immediately
