Hello ***, Following my complaint to the Revdex.com, I went to the Priority Claims office and spoke with one of the ownersI was left with the impression that the reason the awning came down was poor constructionAlthough there's not been any issues with the awning for the 8+ years I've been in my homeI clearly explained the issues with the awning and told that the awning was simply "put back up"And yet I was being charged for materials and labor. The owners came to look at the issues I told them about and later called to say they can see what I explained and that they would not charge me for the "work"Priority Claims is not completing the repair that occurred during the work on my home but no longer charging me for the repair. Although they are not charging for incomplete repairs and zeroed the balance owed to Priority Claims, I will have to hire and pay contractor to repair or replace the awning Due to the manner in which the company has handled the claim, my home and me as a consumer, I do not want them to be in charge of any additional work on my homeI was asked to explain this as a misunderstandingIt was not a misunderstanding, it was poor workmanship and poor customer serviceI would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone Thanks for your time and assistance with this matter*** ***

This is in response to the complaint from Mr. [redacted].
Our company did a roof job for Mr. [redacted], during the job an awning that was previously incorrectly fastened to the house, fell down. The entire awning was...
attached by just a few nails and not securely fastened by screws at all. When our crew took the metal flashing free the entire awning released from the wall, thankfully not hurting any our crew. Our company then called Mr. [redacted] immediately to let him know. I, Scott [redacted] had one of our production managers ask Mr. [redacted] if he would like us to do the repairs, seeing that it was an inevitable unpreventable event. Mr. [redacted] then agreed to $350 for our company to do the repairs. Which consisted of rebuilding the awning and re-shingling it as well. The shingles were already a part of the first initial bid so it was basically $350 for building the awning and securing it to the home (no fascia or soffit was ever discussed). Mr. [redacted] said he would take care of the painting and electrical wiring. After doing the work, Mr. [redacted] would not answer his phone or call us back from messages left. Mr. [redacted] would not pay us what was owed including the small amount we charged to put the awning back in place, this went on for months dating back to October 2015. We eventually sent it to our attorney for collections. Note: Our messaging system in our office has three different ways to leave a message, not one was left from Mr. [redacted] during the months that we tried collecting the final payment. Only now did we know that he had contacted the Revdex.com in an attempt to defame our company, seven months later.
I have attached the invoices and pictures to show our credibility in this matter.
