This is pete we did fix it the best we could we patched it and painted it and after we were done mrs [redacted] ok it and said it looked good and thank us for fixing it then three days later I got phone call saying she didnt like it I dont know what to dowe matched it the best we could that texture in her house doesnt exist anymore only thing I can do is texture the whole ceiling in the house but that is gonna cost about dollars we have to take the old texture off and put a new one up and she didnt want to pay for that im not paying it out of my pocket she oked the work and then three days later she didnt like it thats not fair to me cause she specifically said it was ok

When the ceiling was first painted, it did look ok, but then after the paint dried it the outline of the crack was obvious. We do not expect Pete to re-texture the whole ceiling and this was never mentioned. He did tell us that he wanted us to be satisfied. We can have the patch repaired to match the ceiling for as little as $100.00. If this is agreeable with him, we would accept a cash payment.
