I am rejecting this response because:Although the original service records did not have the VIN number on them we provided a signed document from the owner service shop that has done the maintaince on the semiI have asked what they would require to prove the records and they are unwilling to provide any other alternate options.

Regarding *** *** ID #: *** Johana, *** *** has had his wife call us several timesI spoke with her today confirming our “good faith” offer of $5,toward the repairs to the truck in questionI say “in question” because The ***’s have not followed servicing protocol and
we cannot prove, beyond a doubt, that the service records that are required, match the truck in questionWe have proven our willingness to pay claims, if the claim is valid; we did repairs earlier in the life of the truck before a service was requiredMrs*** threatened litigation so we let her know that our $5,offer was rescindedSincerely, Lynn ***

Please send us a VIN number, last digits will be goodwe will be glad to respond to him when we have this number.we have to have this number to find the details regarding his purchase.thank you,Teresa ***

I am rejecting this response because: this is a pattern the company has followed to justify claims in the past, I noticed several complaints from Revdex.com website also from RIPOFF report website.  I offered to do what needed to be done as far verifying my vehicle as much as providing writing statement from the owner where maintenance was completed.Either the supervisor and president of this company are either call me a flat out liar, which I hate to believe. Are they are using this reason as justification to deny paying for repair work. which they have received payment for in advance and they have a record of this.   I never received legitimate copies of this warranty.  As stated on front page of the copied warranty I received  A whitecopy was for Gateway A yellowcopy for the dealer and pink and gold for warranty owner.  Well I never signed or received any pink and gold copies of this warranty. So is it fair to say this isnt legitiment verfication of a warranty agreement from the very beginning. According to the supervisor and president of the company its enough to deny claims in their case. Because I cant verifiy that the copied paperwork I received when applying for warranty are true legitiment documents. Im requesting full refund of any money paid out to premium 2000 immediately.  i can provide copies of the copied warranty I received also.

Mr. [redacted] did not follow the Warranty Application as he agreed. Mr. [redacted]'s Maintenance Documentation has no Vehicle Identification Number on 4 of the 5 Invoices. that Mr. [redacted] has had the truck maintained in accordance with his warranty Maintenance Requirements but, to identify the truck correctly. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12734798, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me,however,in the future I suggest they put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list regardless of the situation with their “corporate structure”.Poor excuse for ignoring customers and I really don’t buy it,I actually they intentionally stonewalled and slow walked the resolution to my claim because that’s what most companies do on this day and age. They’re only concern is their bottom line and they actually lied to me on the phone when they told me the check had already been sent.I would not recommend using this company for any warranty needs in the future and if any company I do business with suggests them I will absolutely refuse the coverage.

Melissa,   Regarding Michael A. [redacted], he tells you one thing but told us a...

complete other story:   The Warranty Agreement requires oil and filter change service intervals to maintain the truck. When asked about compliance Mr. [redacted] responded that “he could not afford to service the truck” and, therefore, “no services had been performed”.   We actually offered some “goodwill” assistance to fix the truck in spite of his refusal to comply to his service obligations. He refused our assistance and said that he would have the truck repaired himself. So, if he had monies to repair the truck why didn’t he have money to service the truck? By breaking the services “chain” any damage caused cannot be mended and it caused for voiding the warranty. So, our position is that we didn’t void his warranty – that his negligence and breach of contract was the cause.   We are not willing to reimburse Mr. [redacted]; to avoid fraud, we pay the repair facilities. Since the repair facility has been made whole by Mr. [redacted] our “goodwill” offer is rescinded, and the warranty is cancelled.   Sincerely, Lynn[redacted]
