Auditone Hearing Aids uses bait-and-switch sales technique in advertising to pray on senior citizens.

Recently Auditone Hearing advertised $299 and $399 special for hearing aids. I decided to give it a try. I knew that I have a hearing loss and wanted to see if hearing aids would help me hear better.

After the test I asked to try $299 or $399 hearing aids, however, sales person said that these hearing aids will not work with my hearing loss. He recommended $2900 hearing aid on special for $2000, only while he is here, during the event. I insisted on trying advertised spacial $299 before thinking about $2000 hearing aid. He refused, stating that it is not worth his time and advertised for $299 is not even a hearing aid, it is just an amplifier. I am not sure what is the difference, however this is a classic bait-and-switch sales technique used to pray on senior citizens. After reading online reviews I found out that owner's licence is on probation for multiple sales and advertising violations total 9 violations. Stay away!

I went to check my hearing at Auditone Hearing and was told that I needed hearing aids. I got a second opinion that concluded that I have NO loss!!
