tenantThe second time the toilet backed up was due to her children flushing non-flushable items in the toiletThe management copy paid for all repairs at no cost to the tenantThe management company was never contacted regarding the current plumbing issueRegarding the A/C unit, the company was notified on 7/7/that the unit had not been working since 7/5/The company that installed the unit in February was not available on 7/7/17; however, the repair company provided instructions to the tenant to shut off the unit for hours to see if the ice would melt and restart itselfThe tenant was also asked to change the air filter (per the tenant agreement she signed, she was responsible for changing the air filter once per month)The tenant stated that the air filter had never been changed since she moved inDespite the instructions, the tenant called back 7/8/(but only hours later) saying the A/C unit still was not workingAfter hours, I was unable to find an A/C repairman on a SundayWithout contacting us back with any update she filed the complaintBeing that it is summer time, a reliable A/C company was not able to make it there until 7/13/We agree to let tenant out of lease as long as pass due rent and current rent is paid in full
