Dear Revdex.com, | spoke to [redacted] on 9/20/about her issue with her [redacted] She explained to me that she had an oil leak and was uncomfortable driving the vehicleI explained to her that we did find a defective part that was leaking oil and replaced the part under warrantyThe vehicle is back to factory specs and there is no longer an oil leak [redacted] mentioned that she would like a new vehicleinformed [redacted] that after almost a month, with the vehicle being titled I could not switch her into a new vehicleI also informed her that the reason for factory warranties are in case there are any issues such as this that the vehicle is coveredI let her know that the only way to get a new vehicle would be to open a case with Nissan Motor Company and they could determine if this vehicle was a problem and Warranted replacementI also informed her that in my experience one warranty repair was probably not going to qualify for replacement through the factory but I would give her the information she needed to tryUnfortunately there is nothing Priority Nissan can do for her other than perform the warranty repair as per the manufacturerPlease feel free to contact me if I can provide anymore information.Thank You,Steve S [redacted] General Manager Nissan of Chantilly

Priority Nissan will take care of the taxes for the customer

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the backup cameraWe have since refunded the customer for the gas and camera

*** *** purchased a vehicle from *** of Chantilly in May of *** Automotive purchased the dealership in November of He did not purchase the vehicle from *** I was able to locate the deal folderThere was nothing in the folder about the vehicle being certifiedHe actually
signed an *** form stating that he received the balance of the factory warrantyHe sent this complaint to consumer affairs and it was dismissedI request that the Revdex.com close this complaint
