Priority One Electric

We phoned on a Thursday and received an appointment for the next day. On Friday just before lunch they called and said they were held up at another job. When the electrian arrived on the following Monday, he did nothing and said that someone would be out Tuesday afternoon to do the work. It is now Tuesday and no one every showed up.

Not cheap, but excellent work, quickly done, minimal mess, polite workmen. I was having frequent "blown breakers" and circuit overloads. Priority One came and assessed the problem as poor additional wiring done over the course of the 40+ years. We needed new wiring because the wiring was cloth insulated which is a fire hazard. We needed a new box and connection to Edison was not to code. The work was more complex than they expected, but they did not charge me any more for the extra work, they stuck to the contract. They made minimal damage to my walls by threading the wire, which saved me from having to have extensive drywall and painting work. I am very happy with the work the team did. They were very clean, brought treats for my dog, and were pleasant to be around. They worked in one room at a time to minimize the mess.

Review: This is a customer service and billing complaint.Misrepresentation of service offered such as 'written estimate' and 'senior discount' as advertised in yellow pages, both were requested and both were ignored!Discripancy in product and service provided as outlined in invoice!Overcharged, double billing, charges for product and service not provided, charges for product or service not requested or wanted, inflated cost.Spent 1 1/2 hour and charged $2,225.00 to install a panel box? When questioned about price and service Priority 1 became very rude. Requested invoice be sent to owner and residence, Priority 1 refused to send a copy to residence and questioned the owner for her request and then hung up the phone on her.Sent invoice to owner and finally to residence but no itemization just work performed with a final cost?Owner had to request a itemized invoice and once again was questioned for her request?Prior to arriving at the residence they demanded the owner's credit card information. She at that time informed Priority 1 that the residence will make the decision and we were told by Priority 1 that the owner had agreed on work to be performed and refused any information to residence.Desired Settlement: I demand partial refund of the felonious charges to total $915.00. I obviously have contacted the Revdex.com and will also contact the licensing board, as well as a local television channel investigating department, and I will contact an attorney for advice to resolve in court.

I do customer service for Priority 1 Electric and just received this complaint yesterday. I immediately left a phone message and also left one at the end of the day. I also sent an email response to the submitter of the complaint. This is the first I have heard that this gentleman had any problem with our service!

Before anything else, I want to say we have a customer satisfaction guarantee on all our work and if anyone wants a reduction in their bill (or says they weren't given their discount, etc.), they should have been told IMMEDIATELY that is not a problem. I am shocked to have a Revdex.com complaint because we try and make sure everyone is happy with their service and, without being nuisances, we do a follow up with all clients to make sure that is true.
