on the drain line that has to be snaked, we did not charge him the full flat rate fee and only charge him $ 360 to snake the line of his mobile home. If he were to check with other companies they would be charging the same way we do  and possibly be charging higher rates. I am sorry he feels we over charge for what our service is but unfortunately, these are our fees and they are quoted prior to scheduling a service call. Thanks Wendy C
