It doesn't surprise me that this company is not a member of the Revdex.com. One of their sales representatives came to my office to compare their services with that of the merchant service company I was presently using. The sales rep promised the world and unfortunately I believed what he was offering. Once I signed on with their company, nothing the sales rep promised was received, i.e., shipping the old equipment back to the old company (I did that myself), taking care of the early termination fee with the old company (didn't happen at all), being there for the customer, I contacted the sales rep on numerous occasions and he either back tracked on what he said or finally stopped responding altogether. After several months I contacted the company directly via email. Six weeks after the email was sent one of the company reps contacted me via telephone and after listening to my grievances, he agreed with me that I had legitimate grievances and said he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me within a few days with a resolution that would make me a satisfied customer. Two months later, after not hearing back from the company rep and realizing that they didn't care about me being a customer, dissatisfied or satisfied, I went back to using my old merchant service company. Four months after that I contacted the company rep to terminate my service with them and hoping they would waive their early termination fee, it was not surprising they are unwilling to make right all the wrongs their company reps promised. He had nothing but excuses stating that he had changed positions within the company several times, which I would have absolutely no idea about, and apparently whoever took his place either didn't get my information so that some kind of action could have been taken or they also didn't care about me being a customer, satisfied or dissatisfied. This company doesn't value their customers and are just out to steal your money any way they can. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET CHANGING OVER TO THEM.

[redacted] at [redacted] entered into an agreement with SafePay Direct and [redacted] for merchant services on 9/16/2013.  Attached is the application with dates.  [redacted]...

also has a copy of this as well as a 36 page Welcome Kit sent to her from [redacted] that outlines the agreement of services.  We called [redacted] to schedule an install time for her new equipment and to start processing but wanted to wait until October 1st , so she can start at the beginning of the month.  We installed [redacted] on the last day of September and she verballed the lease with [redacted].  Verballed means she had to call in and give her approval of the lease over the phone.  She began processing the next day, October 1st.  She processed for two days and stopped.  She called in and said she wanted to cancel and to send back the equipment.  We asked why and she said she just wanted to.  We then informed her that she should give our services at least 90 days, so she can see the savings we proposed to her, she then said she would think about it.  She emailed back and said she wanted to go ahead and cancel, when we were going to hold her accountable to the agreement she signed, she threatened Revdex.com and legal action.  Then when she called [redacted] and cancelled, they informed her of the $495 Early Termination Fee, she became upset and said we didn’t hold up our end of the bargain.  We never had an opportunity to!  This has been a nightmare for our company as our personal and company integrity is under attack.  We will let [redacted] out of the $495 ETF fee, but the lease is between [redacted] and FDGL.  We can’t answer or make decisions on their behalf.  I have attached the application signed by [redacted].  Thank you.

I signed up with SafePay Direct in February 2013. From the very beginning I was lied to by the salesman. When I contacted the company about these lies and requested I be released from my contract on numerous occasions, they were not cooperative. When I closed my business in December 2013 I was told to return my terminal and they would buy out my lease. They received the terminal on January 13, 2014 and to date they have not sent it to the leasing company. Therefore my accounts with both companies are still active and they are taking auto debits from my bank account for maintenance fees. They are a very shady company and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
