tenant was living there. We utilize qualified and insured maintenance personnel and vendors to service our properties. This tenant’s lease was past the initial 12 month lease and was in a month-to-month status with a 60 day notice to vacate. When we were informed the tenant desired to move after 31 days then we worked to have the home rented quicker than the 60 days to benefit the tenant.It is our goal to serve our owners and tenants well by providing a safe and suitable home for each of our tenants and to respond quickly and compassionately to their concerns. We appreciate the feedback that was provided by these tenants, while we are sorry for this dissatisfaction toward our services; we desire to use this information to continue to better improve our systems and communications.
