Review: We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment from May 2014 to August 10 2015. The entire time we leased the apartment we had issues with our property manager maintaining tge apartment. Every time we needed something fixed we were threatened with a tenant charge. Our lock on our front and only door was broken and we couldn't get in, they didn't come to fix it until the next day an made it worse. Our toilet stayed clogged and would overflow. They came to fix it and took several different times and then actual plumbers coming late one night. Our air conditioning barely worked and once they finally came to fix it, they didn't change a thing. They hire uneducated maintenance men, who come in unmarked vehicles, leave the house a mess, dirt and oil on the carpets, and leave without fixing the issue. These are just a few of the many issues we had. From day 1 we had to clean the apartment from top to bottom and maintained it to the best of our ability as renters. Our bedroom floor was slanting downwards and they refused to do anything. After our year was up we went to month to month lease. We gave them the proper notice of when we were moving out and they said they required a 90 day notice. Even once they found a new tenant and were doing the final walk through on the 10th they still wanted to hold us responsible until the new tenant physically moved in. Now we received our deposit and they deducted for multiple reasons that was not from us but the tenants before us and is listed on our move in paperwork. Tgey are not out to take care of their properties and do not care about the safety or hygiene of their units.Desired Settlement: We want our ENTIRE deposit back as soon as possible or we will have to take further legal actions for the living conditions we were forced to live in and the deposit we didn't receive back.

Priority Property Management takes this accusation very seriously and would like to express our sincere reflection toward the events that shaped such a negative perception of our company. We agree there were a higher than average number of work orders created for this property while this tenant was living there. We utilize qualified and insured maintenance personnel and vendors to service our properties. This tenant’s lease was past the initial 12 month lease and was in a month-to-month status with a 60 day notice to vacate. When we were informed the tenant desired to move after 31 days then we worked to have the home rented quicker than the 60 days to benefit the tenant.It is our goal to serve our owners and tenants well by providing a safe and suitable home for each of our tenants and to respond quickly and compassionately to their concerns. We appreciate the feedback that was provided by these tenants, while we are sorry for this dissatisfaction toward our services; we desire to use this information to continue to better improve our systems and communications.
