We have a relatively new roof that's only four years old To our surprise, a section of shingles managed to come loose We called the company that did the work, Tru-Tek Their response was, they couldn't warranty the labor, have been bought out and couldn't find our records They agreed to come look and give us an estimate nonetheless, but never showed up That's when I remembered running into Matt N [redacted] at a gas station a few months ago I talked to him briefly about some siding work and got his business card I dug up Matt's card and gave him a call He showed up the next day and did the repairs on the spot! Not only did he take care of the issue right away, but also his fee was absolutely incredible This is a guy that runs his company the right way, by making people happy! Needless to say, we're now confidently having him do that siding job we've been putting off

Derek with Priority Roofing & Restoration has been absolutely there every step of the way The first time he came out to give me a quote he was very professional and easy to talk to I felt very comfortable The second time he came out and helped my husband and I pick the perfect color and type of shingle we wanted by showing us how it would look using a computer program He stayed in touch and updated us on when our roof would be installed The day of the install the crew was great and they did an awesome job with not only the roof but the clean up as well After a very long day Derek needed a certain piece for one of the exhaust pipes He couldn't find it that night but promised to come back the next day with the piece and he did I never felt like I was dealing with a business but more like a friend I would highly recommend this company and Derek Awesome!

This company and the company owner were fantasticAs a young mom with young children, I felt safe, respected, and confident with the work they were doing and with them being around Matt Namer came to our home to check on the work to be done, was efficient and was very reasonable in his estimateEverything happened as he said it would The crew arrived on time and finished in the same day, completing the clean up before they left When I needed to reach out to Matt, he was quick and honest with his responses I would suggest this company to anyone

Derek and his crew did an amazing job! Derek worked hard around our busy schedules to make sure all of our ducks were in a row! I couldn't be happier with the end results (at least on my end of things)
