"[redacted] Cleaning" was serving Mrs. [redacted]'s previous resident location in downtown [redacted], located on [redacted] st.. When she moved to her new address at...

[redacted], [redacted], she was told that location was out of our route, but I knew someone that could help her. I gave Mrs. [redacted] a phone number to contact [redacted] M.. She was no longer my client when she moved to the new address mentioned above. From then on I do not know what agreement they came about between the two.
Now when I received the letter from Revdex.com, I immediately contacted [redacted]. I learned [redacted] had done a three seperate cleaning services for Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs.[redacted] was not present for the first two services she had performed. Mrs.[redacted] was only present on the third time.
[redacted] had performed the services, however, she had had no complaints from Mrs.[redacted]. On the third scheduled service when Mrs. [redacted] was present at home during the cleaning service, she had done a check on the end result before she allowed [redacted] to leave her place. Satisfied by the work that was done she then paid [redacted] with a check.
Initially, they never talked about how she would pay for the services. Mrs. [redacted] opted to pay by check by herself and it was accepted by [redacted]. She was first quoted $60 over the phone based on the information Mrs. [redacted] had provided. She had said it was a one bedroom apartment with one bath. When [redacted] arrived at her place, it turned out it was actually a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The price was then raised to $80. Mrs. [redacted] accepted to pay the new quote amount and the service was then done.
Mrs. [redacted] is stating that my organization employs what she refers to as "illegal aliens." She is basing her racial remark upon physical appearance, which is completely discrimination.
Apparently she was pleased with the services done by [redacted] until May 18 when she called to schedule another service. She began saying "[redacted] you need to come back and re-clean the house. There are some uncleaned parts you left." As one can see, she complained about it over a month and half or so later. [redacted] then replied "Why are you telling me this now? You should have told me right away. I could have gone back the next day to correct whatever areas we might have left uncleaned. Now it is too late for complaints. I suggest you find someone else to help you. Thank you for your business and understanding."
