Review: I purchased some pool chemicals from them online. I chose two day shipping for the items that I purchased. Well, the two days passed and no package. I then emailed the company and was emailed back by a gentleman named [redacted] who stated the order could not be completed because they no longer carry those pool chemicals. He also stated that they would remove the items from the internet site and I would be refunded. Well, the item is still on the internet site and I was not refunded. I have repeatedly attempted to contact this company through email and by the phone number provided on the internet site. The emails go unanswered and the phone is just a message every single time I call. I called 6 times. I left messages and I don't ever get a call back. I spent $198.79 and am not being reimbursed. This is unacceptable and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund. I want my money back.

Review: On 3/**/14 we paid $4294.63 for a "completely" refurbished pre-owned hot tub. We were told by the salesman James D[redacted] that their tubs were re-furbished top to bottom. We were also told the tub was about 7 yrs old, making it a 2007/08 model. When it was delivered it was missing screws on the access panel and 2 L.E.D. light covers. We filled the tub in June 2014 following fill up guidlines. We could not get water clean and after investigation found a digusting moldy filter. We then contacted them on this and the light cover and panel screw issue. We only received a wrong filter. After contacting them again with all three issues we finally received a proper filter and nothing else. I took it upon myself to order the light covers online and get the access screws from [redacted] all on my time and cost. After a week of use there was a leak from the handle in the lounge chair dripping on the inside of the tub and upon more investigation and another trip to [redacted] for some silicon, I noticed a date on the inside of the tub...2003! We closed it for that season in Nov.2014. Filled it in May 2015. June 2015 noticed a large puddle of water. Was told by Yonkers store to call New Jersey store. Spoke to Josephine. 2 techs came put it on blocks said they sealed it. Was told wait 24 hr then fill and check for leak. Still leaked. It took 2 wks and another phone call to Josephine to get them back. Repeated that process and still leaked. 2 more wks another phone call and I was told that Marco wants to bring it back to the shop. Finally the week of July [redacted] they pick it up. There were wood screws and staples left on on the patio. They dropped it off later that week. Upon checking the tub over I noticed 3 of the L.E.D covers MISSING a control [redacted] MISSING and the filter cover MISSING! When I informed the delivery guy of the missing pieces he said and I am quoting directly "hey....I just drop em off" and yet another call to Josephine. I told her I can email her pics of what's missing but the email kept saying message can not be delivered. Another call and Josephine informs me it's going to cost $2000 for the "repairs". Here's the really funny part. The week before going on vacation July [redacted] we went to use the tub and the lounge chair jets don't work. I'm done with these people. I will buy the missing parts online and am looking into having another company come and repair this piece of crap they sold me. Or they can refund me completely and take back the tub.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and they can try and sell it to somebody else or I will purchase the missing parts online and I will find a reputable competent repair company.

After reading the complaint letter the customer said he closed the hot tub himself for season in Nov [redacted] . The spa was obviously closed incorrectly and the result was broken pipe damage. We came out to repair spa on site and unfortunately repair could not be done on site and we needed to bring hot tub back to be repaired in the shop for better access and equipment to fix more efficiently. Customer said some items were missing and we requested a list. Customer was upset that there was a charge and told our service coordinator that he was not going to pay for repair , and he will get missing parts parts online , and said good luck collecting money. Unfortunately , there was a lack of communication and instead making efforts repairing hot tub, there should of been a discussion with the customer first on what happened, how it happened etc.. Customer did not mention in complaint that we reduced the fee to $1000 because of misunderstanding. Customer did not mention about lounge jets working which is most likely the pump needed to be primed (very common when a dry spa is filled with water) we would of been able to assist with that if we had known about it. We will be more than happy to send missing parts (light covers and a screw costs $10-15) . Review: I ordered parts from them on July [redacted] and received one email as a receipt showing what I ordered and says that the order is processing. Now it is 4 days later and says the same thing. I've been calling the number on there site and always get a voice mail, plus I've emailed them and as soon as I send the email it says it failed. No one has gotten back with me and I've read one other review saying they didn't receive their parts.Desired Settlement: I would like my parts or a refund.
