Yes it is through my employerI went to my employer H/R and the pushed back and told me to go talk with the company, that provides the FSA card

In response to the complaint identified above, please be advised of our replyInstructions were relayedto the participant on how to first reject coverage and then elect coverage within the prescribed electionperiodThis would allow us to enroll the participant as of the date they make the subsequent election.These instructions were not followed by the participant.The participant does have time remaining in their election period to request this change, therefore; wewill contact the participant and instruct them on how to make this request, including the correct formand dates to indicateOnce the forms are returned to us, we will be able to make the adjustment theparticipant is requesting.Thank you,P&A GroupClient Relations Department
