On January first I came home after work to find a wet spot right above my kitchen area, it was late in the evening so I decided to bring it to management attention the next morning since I had to go in to pay rent either wayThe next morning I went to pay rent and informed them of my issue and I was assured that it was going to be taken care of as soon as possibleLater in the week I came home from work and as I was getting ready to call it a day I heard a dripping noise coming from the kitchen, I turned the lights on and sure it enough it was coming from the wet spot in the ceilingI called the emergency maintenance and an older gentlemen came who informed me that there was no work order in for my apartment therefor he wasn't aware of my leaking problemAfter having to turn off the water from the apartment above me he told me there was nothing he could do until it was dry and he could inspect it properly so he left and said he would keep me updatedThree days passed and no change
I had rats in my apartment the first couple of months that I moved inmaintenance were unethical and both leasing agents and managers were no help at allthey never responded to my repair for request letter and this was my first apartment unfortunatelyI had the worst experience ever here and I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemyThank you for reading my comment, hope you all take this into consideration

Below was an email I sent to the corporate back to March th , which was after I called and tried to speak to some one of the management team , but never got a respond
If you don't have time to read this longemail , I d just tell you for the months we were there, there was no positive feedback other than the location was actually convenient

My Leases was legally broken, the apartment complex Emery bay at lakepointe wrongfully charged a collection item to my credit in retaliation of me breaking my leases
Good afternoon,On Sunday, September 2nd, I had a moving coming come and move my furnitureThe company parked on the grass but I had them move the truck right awayTo avoid being blamed for any damage, not only did I take a photo but I did a video as wellOn September 3rd, (which I have in my call record), I received a call from the manager Chris who was on dutyHe inquired if I was on the property as he has just seen a BLACK F-truck with an attached U-Haul to it on the grassI advised him that I moved the previous day and was not on the propertyHe apologized for the inconvenienceNow today I did a walk through of my apartmentI was advised that I would not be charged any additional fees but he brings up the grassI showed him the video and the picturesHe claimed he couldn't see the video or photosI tried to speak with the company manager directly but he is refusing to refund and release my $deposit stating I ruin the grass when some else moved the day af
