I order air pods back on nov 22 for my son for Christmas, contacted seller 5 times between emails and phone call (voice mail) never received a reply

Purchased 1 "Splash Paint EarBuds" on 22 Nov 19 for $37.05. On 8 Dec 19, I sent a email to request an order update. Received a followup email on 9 Dec 19 stating "Do not be surprised if your order takes longer than usual, it is the Christmas holiday season which is celebrated Worldwide." Then on 21 Dec 19, I received an email with USPS tracking information. On 15 Jan 20, I sent a followup email stating the tracking info is still showing "December 21, 2019 at 10:45 am. Shipping Label Created. USPS Awaiting Item CORONA, CA 92880."; no response received. Again on 24 Jan 20, I sent an email asking for an update. On 25 Jan 20, I received an email stating "We apologize that your order is taking longer than usual. We're working on getting it shipped out to you as soon as possible." On 7 Feb 20, I sent another followup email. Have received no response or further communication probably due to the credit card charge being more than 60 days old and I'm not able to dispute it past that date.

I have not received my airpods I ordered in December. I have been told through emails they were shipping soon and have got nothing. My account was charged $36.54. I always get the same generic email and can not get a hold of customer service.

on 01/01/2020 I ordered a paid or earpods from this company. now they adv 5-7 days for processing before they would be shipped and since it was right after the holiday I expected a little bit of a wait time. however a month went by and I never recvd anything but yet the say I order almost 40 dollars was charged to by debit. I never even recvd a tracking # from them. So I emailed them and the said there was a delay they will be shipping soon. within the last 4 months I emailed them about 5 times and always got the same response so I went to email them again today and now their website is not even working. I would never recommend this company to anyone. they take your money then give you the wrong around or never answer you at all. everytime I would ask for a refund they would ignore that and just tell me they will be shipped.

I ordered a pair of Prismpods on 12/9/2019 and have not received them as of today. I sent and email on 1/21/2020 and was told to be patient and they were working on shipment. I sent another email yesterday and was told the same thing.

I made a purchase from this company back In December so that my daughter could have her earbuds for Christmas. I received a confirmation receipt for my order. After waiting and waiting, I never received my item. I contacted their customer support number only to be told via text, very rudely, that I needed to email support because they don’t handle issues over the phone. I emailed them several times and even tried calling back only to be ignored.

Terrible, Ordered a pair for my son and received nothing. Sent email- no response. Left voicemail- no response. No one responded to my chat either. Disputing charge with my bank!

I ordered prismpods on December 5th and paid for them. I followed up on three different occasions via email and calling and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. In addition I never received the item I purchased (for my son for Xmas). I was never notified of anything, no shipping, no delay and only one email a month ago to say they were working on my order. I would like a refund. Thank you

I ordered these ear buds back on December 2, 2019 and I've kept in contact with the company every month asking about my delivery as ott states the product will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks from order date and I have yet to receive the product and when I've asked for my money back they tell me they are working on my order and will get back to me soon with a delivery date.

My son bought a pair of Prism Pods ear buds on line.
They did not work on arrival.

When I contacted the customer service for a return, they became very aggressive towards me and claimed I was a 'dishonest and lying' customer and would not accept my return.

Their website makes it essentially impossible to return any item

I filed a review on their website and gave the ear buds a 1-star rating but they did not publish it. Their product has 500 reviews, all 5-star ratings, and I believe they are fake reviews.

I certainly will not patronize this company again, but I suspect I am not the only customer who has been swindled and I would hope that somehow we can get the information into the public arena regarding their dishonesty.

Total scam. placed an order in mid-December and never received my order. Now late February, no response to emails and calls (message left on a voicemail). I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from there!!!

I ordered a set of earbuds for my granddaughter's Christmas gift on December 2, 2019. The product was never shipped. After numerous emails and phone calls (which go unanswered) I still have not received the product. They even sent a notice to ship with a tracking number from the USPS but they were never delivered to the post office. I would hope that people check this company out before purchasing from them.

Today is February 11, 2020 and I placed an order on December 2, 2019 and have not yet received the product. I have emailed and called the company multiple times with no resolution. I just wish they would give me money back so my daughter's CHRISTMAS gift can be purchased from another vendor.

I placed an order for earbuds on December 19 they charge my $31.35, but they never sent me the earbuds. I have sent them several emails asking for a refund but I have not gotten a response. I have even went on live chat to try to contact them but still no response. Please advise how to proceed to try to get my money back

Hello, I purchased a pair of wireless headphones from this company on 12/9/19 for my son. To this day I have not received the headphones or a confirmation of shipment. I send an email on January 17 asking for my money back but no respond yet.

I wish I'd read the complaints before ordering a set of ear buds! Ordered on 12/1 and have not heard a thing. Tried to call and just get answering machine. No response to several emails. Live and learn I guess. Zero stars

I ordered and paid $57.74 for 2 pairs of "White EarBuds w/Voice Assistant XS/ PRISMPODS" 2018 edition/Matte on December 8, 2019. I have still not received the earbuds or a refund. I have emailed the company about this issue several times. The first time I emailed, the company responded that they would send the earbuds ASAP. I have received no response to my second email. At this point, I'm wondering if this company even exists.

Zero stars! Only gave one star because I had to. Never received my order. Emailed and got a "canned" response each time. Called and got a "no customer service person available" message. Tried chat box that bragged "Immediate Response" and got NO response. Presently waiting for a call back from the Corona, CA police department and about to file an online Internet Crime form with the FTC. Total Scam!!!
