Please please do not waste your money with this company there are as shady as it comes ! They billed me multiple times without permission Even after I canceled my "subscription" ( you have to formally cancel) they charged me ! You're lucky if you want to get someone on the phone unless it's an initial sign up of course On that case they harass you until you sign up and they take your credit card info Save the hassle and the headache !

It is not clearly stated that you have to add funds to your prepaid prison phone account and pay for a plan with Prison Call Solutions. You are paying both companies. It is not unlimited calls. It is only a "lower cost per call" amount that you receive. Once you deplete you prepaid phone account you will no longer be able to receive calls even though you paid PCS for "unlimited." How they work is they give you a number for the inmate to call. The number is linked to you home or cell number and when the inmate dials the number they provide, your phone will ring. It is a very gray area and should be black and white. It should clearly state that funds need to be in your prepaid account, instead it says the number they give you should be on your prepaid account. They advertise different plans with NO mention of the fact that funds must be in your prepaid account whether that be Global Tel Link, Evercom etc.
