I sent money for the program and now I can't get in touch with anyone [redacted] and it's says they are backed by Revdex.comHelp me

It's been over months and still haven't received the last semesterNo one answers the phone and now they don't have voicemail

I have had to make two separate account and made two separate payments for service that did not even work I have yet to receive a since phone call that has come thru using a provided number from the first account then thought I was on a different website when opening another account and come to find out both are same and I was charged twice for services I was not able to use or benefit fromNow after contacting company multiple times they want me to pay dollars to dispute itThis is so wrong after they already took my money and refuse to return it back to me

I am reviewing on behalf of a friend who is an inmate. The Prisoner Assistance Scholastic Service in theory is a good program, however getting in touch with the company if there is an issue is pretty much non-existent. The e-mail address on the web page does not work and the phone number always goes to voicemail. It takes several calls to get someone to reply to you. I have personally made several calls to the company. With the program costing inmates and/or their families $500, you would think there would be better customer service.
