Review: This organization contacted me about getting utilizing them for the purpose of getting my lender to approve a loan modification. I was rightfully hesitant then they proceeded to discount the upfront price and did a review of all my financials before stating they were so certain that they could get my loan modified that they gave me a 100% refund guarantee in writing. After making me submit copious amounts of information for nearly one year (they told me that entire process would be around 2 months) they disconnected their phone number and literally when we were waiting for my lender to finally say approved or denied, they terminated all communication, emails, phone, etc. I have no way to contact them. All I got was an email that went to my spam mail as it wasn't sent from any email address I have ever recd correspondence from them at and it bounces back if you try to send email to it. Recd this 8/7/14 stating they are basically giving up and have transferred my information to NACA, a non profit doing what they claimed they could do for free. I am now going through entire process again with NACA. NACA said and I experienced nothing but issues with the "service" they were supposed to provide. They were so incompetent they couldn't fill out lender forms accurately and submit them timely over and over again, month after month.Desired Settlement: I'd like to at least get 100% of my paid funds back in a refund. I paid $2,000 USD. Honestly, seeing as they completely bungled the loan modification process by having moving my account around to new/different people consistently due to their obvious internal problems and inability to provide the services they contract and accept payment for providing, I'd like to get some additional money covering my lost time and pain this has caused my family. If I could get $4,000 I think that would be fair considering the great cost to my person for contracting them to provide a service they failed to do for 6 consecutive tries (2 months to get accurate package to lender and they failed 6 times for a total of 12 months). On top of this, they didn't even have the courtesy to contact me directly to tell me about what was going on and now I have to go to these measures to even attempt to get any of my "guaranteed" money back from these crooks.
