This customer received hours and mins worth of service for the price of because that was the estimate of time given for the job and because she had previously explained that she didn't have a lot of money to pay for this type of
serviceShortly after leaving her home and charging her the already discounted rate, the customer claimed she wasn't happy with the results and said it was worth almost half of what she was chargedAs my business does not give refunds for services received unless reasonably justified, I explained that the services were done myself and gave a detailed explanation of what was performedI also told her she would not be getting her money backShe processed to slander my company on a company review siteAt no time did I threaten to release her credit card infoor attack her at homeI simply explained what happened during our encounterIn my opinion, this person was bound and determined to get something for virtually nothing and was incensed that her request was not honored

The service provided is not the complaintThe complaint is the threat that she was going to use my personal info against meI have photographic proof that she threatened to have a "Hay day" with my personal info, which I have attachedNo business owner should be allowed to threaten such things when they are entrusted with such info to get their job done
Also, I never said I didn't have money or that I couldn't pay for more timeI asked her for specific jobs done (appliances, cabinets, etc) that was not doneI have photos of that, too
Bottom line, this person used their business info to threaten my well being

As stated before, the consumer is simply a scam artist who did not get her way because my business is not giving her a refund for services performedShe does not have any photographic proof that I threatened her or that her home was not cleaned in a reasonably satisfactory mannerI have no other comments to her complaints or rebuttals and will not give her another thought
