I ended my cleaning contract with Pristine Cleaning after their last cleaning on 2/29/ They subsequently charged me a $"Permanent cancellation fee" for not giving days written notice The terms of my agreement with them do not "require" written notice It is "kindly requested." They persist in their argument that written notice was required I have explained to them several times that request and require are very different terms They refuse to refund the $fee which is not mentioned in the terms provided to me at all Those terms were last provided to me on May 15,
