Pristine CommunicationResponding to Complaint #[redacted]On Tuesday 10/3/17 Pristine Communication received a new work order request via Home Advisor from RM. On the same day the work order was scheduled via phone with Ms. Rm stating that she currently have a phone line in the office and that she...

needed the desk across the room to have their own phone available with both phone numbers. On Wednesday 10/4/2017 an email which is attached to this letter was sent to RM stating the pricing of $75/hour + $30 ( trip fee and home advisor charge) and when we were coming out to add the phone line. On Thursday, 10/5/17 Pristine Communication sent a technician to [redacted] to have a telephone line connected to a two-line telephone system. RM told the Technician that the two-line system was already being used by a telephone.After the requested line was connected, the technician could not get any service from the newly connected phone. He worked for over 1 1/2 hours trying to get the phone working, when RM informed him of a 2nd phone already connected to the two-line system. This 2nd connected phone was in a dark, empty room that the technician did not know existed. At this point the technician explained to RMthat the line was equipped to handle only 2 phones, so the newly installed phone would not function. With RM’s permission the phone in the dark, empty room was disconnected and immediately the newly installed phone worked. RM apologized for not informing the technician about the 2nd phone, checked the new connection and endorsed the job with the check to us.On 10/11/2017 RM called the office complaining that the newly installed phone was not working. Recognizing that the telephone line was functional (the other phone worked) we tried to rectify the problem on the telephone when RM became boisterous and would not communicate or cooperate with the troubleshooter. Pristine at this point advised her that they would send another technician to [redacted]; and RM was informed that she would not be charged if the problem was linked to the newly installed line; however, if the problem was unrelated they would be charged.RM continued cursing on the phone and hung up before a resolution was reached. Pristine Communication Managers has since attempted to reach RM to resolve the situation but RM remains boisterous and refuses to come to a resolution.Thanks,Kandice W[redacted]
