after calling several pool company's with no call back a friend recommended pristine It was a pleasure having my pebble tech cleaned by themWhat a difference it makes with out seeing the white line around the poolI am so happy to see it looking new again

Do NOT use this pool company, he is a THIEF! The owner, Jason *S***, showed up to my house to do a quote on tile repair for my poolWhen we decided to move forward he came over to pick up the check he required for half of the quote in order to get startedAfter that he made up excuses why he could not make the appointments we set up to get the work done and then all together stopped responding to any calls or textsOver the last month and a half it's only when the Police get involved that he texts us saying he's going to drop off the check with excuse after excuse and then fails to show up or respond after that (We are still waiting on our refund)I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business or if he is just scamming peoplePlease watch out!

When we decided to move forward he came over to pick up the check he required for half of the quote in order to get started. Over the last month and a half it's only when the Police get involved that he texts us saying he's going to drop off the check with excuse after excuse and then fails to show up or respond after that (We are still waiting on our refund). Jason Segedy does not honor his obligations to stand by and repair his work. We paid Jason the exact amount of money he quoted to repair our pool tiles. His work was performed with his promise to repair any work that failed within 1 year of completion. Numerous tiles that Jason repaired are failing and falling into the pool. We contacted Jason and he promised to come back to make the repairs he is responsible for. He repeated a behavior pattern we experienced when he did the initial work, which was to fail to show up when promised, disappear for weeks and refuse to return calls. He may be trying to wait out the 1 year warranty period or he may be just a plain every-day flake. Either way, we paid him top dollar for a second or third rate job and have experienced little but delays, lies and failure to perform as required by our agreement with him. Jason should be ashamed of himself and all parties considering hiring him should be VERY suspicious of him and his promised skill level and his avoidance and refusal to live up to his responsibilities under his contract.

I just purchased a foreclosure and to say the least the pool was in rough shape. I contacted pristine and the owner Jason came out and to my surprise he said its not as bad as it looks. He did a amazing job w a drain, acid wash, tile cleaning as well as some tile repairs. I didnt think there was any chance of it looking like this. I am totally impressed w every aspect of my project.

I have uses several pool company's throughout the 10 years I have lived in the valley. Pristine has been the best company I have found. They are a owner operator company and the owner was a pleasure to work with. They did a amazing job finding my pool tile that need to be repaired. Pristine is absolutely the company you want to use for your pool needs
