The client contacted our office and asked for an estimate to rouand install his inch paddle fan, move wires for cable jack and outlet behinds walls and re-hang a wall mounted TV that was previously improperly installed by someone else [redacted] our tech quoted hint to re-run cable jack and outlet behind wall, rouand install his ceiling fan for $- see attached service ticketThe top part of service ticket is what he requested, the bot [redacted] half that is circled is what was quotedPlease note the signature on the bot [redacted] of the service ticket that says "I authorize you to proceed with the above work at the price of $400." It does not say anything about mounting new TV bracketThe ceiling fan was installed in a room with very tall vaulted ceilings, if he wanted a switch rather than the remote it came with, he was told there would be a lot of Drywall damage to get the switch on the wall and he said no, just use the remoteOur service ticket also states that the fan would be installed with the remote it came with, it does not say we would put in a switch on the wallHe was told when he returned with new TV mount it would be an additional charge to hang it and he said he would not pay any moreThe original TV mount was already hung by someone else before we arrivedThe work was performed on 10/13/and the client did not call our office until 10/17/to make a complaintThe client signed our service ticket prior to work being done to authorize the work and then signed the ticket "All work has been performed to my satisfaction."
