I ordered boxes (place settings) of china dinnerware almost months ago, and I still have not received my orderI've called multiple times to see when I would be receiving my order but I keep getting excusesI recently asked to speak with a manager on two different occasionsI was always told they were all in a meetingThey would not allow me to speak to a managerI finally informed Adrianna that I would contact the corporate officeOnce I stated that, a supervisor emailed meThis still is not okayThis company should not be taking customer's money if they do not have the product they are sellingIt is inappropriate to make customers wait almost months for their purchaseThe website should state OUT OF STOCK when they run out of an itemInstead, they say BACK ORDERED, and they make customers wait months at a timeThis is poor customer service

I placed two separate orders with MikasaWithin minutes of placing the first order, I cancelled it online and then called to confirm that it was cancelled on the next business dayDespite my efforts, they still sent the cancelled orderBoth orders were eventually received and both arrived with broken glasses (drinkware)I contacted Mikasa for a refund and to return the itemsAll items I purchased were returned with the exception of serving bowls which were $I used a coupon for my order and ended up paying for the bowlsMikasa is refusing to return my $for return shipping (again, the products were damaged) and they kept $for the bowls, when in fact they cost 14.99, so I need to be refunded the $as wellI have sent multiple emails, many of which have gone unansweredBelow is my last email that was sent to them
