Purchased a 2003 Hummer . In their Hemming listing it stated this was a fully functional vehicle. After driving the vehicle home from Chicago to Knoxville, Tn several issues were surfacing. Check engine light on showing engine misfirings & bad O2 sensors. Sunroof does not close properly. Cruze control does not work. Windshield washer does not squirt water. AC fan is very loud and appears to be on their last legs. After contacting the dealer, they denied these issues existed when the vehicle was purchased. I was asking for reimbursement for the issues to be repaired. Would not consider helping. They did offer to buy back the vehicle at $4800 less than I purchase for. Horrible customer service. Not very reputable. Would neve recommend anyone to deal with this company.

I purchase my BMW with Private Collection MotorsI am located in the mid west, so calling from thousands of miles away I was a bit hesitate to purchaseThat all changed once I called PCM, they were very helpfulI was working with Ashley, she was awesome , being miles away, and being really picky, She made me feel so comfortable, she sent me pictures of anything I needed to know about my BMW I know these are used cars and didn't expect perfectBut still wanted honest description of the carSure enough, when I received the vehicle, I went over the car with a fine combAs expected, it was EXACTLY as described!!! I am extremely please with my purchase!! I will recommend all my family and friends to PCMThanks guys again Respectfully ***

To whom it may concern;There have been numerous attempts to rectify the situation with Mr [redacted] We presented a couple resolutions to Mr [redacted] but they did not met his wants Mr [redacted] also brought this case to the board of Department of Motor Vehicles Investigation Department and we were visited by DMV Officer and had all documents reviewed by the officer At the time of visit by officer we attempted to call Mr [redacted] to come to some type of resolution but once again Mr [redacted] did not want to cooperate DMV Officer made it clear to Mr [redacted] that we were responsible for correcting heated seats issue and nothing more Mr [redacted] still insisted on demands of repairs for other issuesDMV Officer and myself reminded Mr [redacted] he purchased a used seven year old vehicle with 83,miles and was being unrealistic with his demands At the time of purchase Mr [redacted] was offered a pre purchase inspection at his expense in which he refused and was satisfied with our safety report To this point we still stand uncertain what Mr [redacted] would like to do, we also considered taking vehicle back from Mr [redacted] and expressed that option earlier on and received no response from customer
