Private Eyes Window Tint has no record of the customer or record of the vehicleThe customer also has no record of it being done at Private EyesThe customer took their car to [redacted] where the former (deceased) Employee/friend opened his own business in that is years agoIf then he cut the film it would not of worked the day she left that business not years laterWe at Private Eyes do and always stand by our work and we warranty any problems that ariseI am sorry for the incovenience this has caused but we can not warranty another businesses workPrivate Eyes explained the situation with her days before her apt that she has no reciept and it was not done here we also canceled her appt that time and she determined it was even though she has no record of itShe showed up the day of her apt and Loren told her once again it was not done here at Private Eyes after minutes of demanding it get done she left her vehicle hereWe later got threatened via text messages (10) that we better fix this problem or she will go on every social media and write horrible reviews about us and we would not like thatWe felt threatened so we had he car towed that way we would not have contact with her

[redacted] The reason that we initially made an appointment for [redacted] is because I agreed to look at her side window and as a courtesy, I was going to fix her side window because she is family (aunt), at no cost to her, until she stated that she wanted us to replace her rear window We had called [redacted] about a week prior to October (her scheduled date) and told him we can not warranty someones else's work from approx years ago and told him not to bring their car on that dateMrs [redacted] still showed up and was demanding that we will do the work and it better be done when she gets back I told her numerous times not to leave her car because I was not going to work on it, but she still left it We had no intentions on towing her car until her daughter (our Cousin) started sending threatening messagesStating that she's going on every social media and write bad reviews about our business and watch it slowly dieSo at this time we felt it was best to remove her car to avoid any further contact and a scene in front of other customers at the end of the dayWe Private Eyes regret that it has come down to this and we are sorry for the inconvenience that is has causedWe at Private Eyes feels that we handled this situation with the utmost professional way possibleWe would like to resolve this manner and finally put this to rest

I am rejecting this response because:Loren was the individual who did the tint job on the car when the shop was owned by Gail B***There is no record of the tint job, because he was scheduling appointments and doing the work so he could keep the profit without sharing it with the original ownerHe is also the individual who scheduled the appointment to fix the tint only to say he no longer was going to do it when my wife showed up for her appointment, because his business partner wouldn't agreeHe ordered her to pay dollars and then he would fix itMy wife had to get back to work so she left the keys and the car with Loren only to get a call later in the day that it had been towedIf Loren had no recollection of doing this tint job why would he agree to schedule an appointment to fix it in the first placeIt isn't right that a business owner would tow a car away without warning especially when we had an appointment and they had the keysIf they flat out refused to fix the tint they could have moved the car or even called for us to pick it upI'm not asking that they pay for the botched tint job because I do not have a receipt for the work, but I do want to be compensated for the unjustified towI have attached a photo of the appointment card they scheduled
