Review: I cancelled my service with this company after about four years of unbelievably poor customer service. You hardly ever reach someone on the phone. When you leave a message, no one returns your calls. I am due an over payment refund check since June **, 2015. I inquired about the check one month later and I was told the check would go that day and I still have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my overpayment check mailed to me.

Review: I reside in a multi dwelling building and subscribe to [redacted]. [redacted] is NOT contracted with my building to provide satellite service, just programming. In order to have satellite fed through my system, I must use a third party vendor which is, Private Network Cable (PCN).

On or about December 2012, I started experiencing satellite issues and contacted PCN. I mentioned the issues that was occurring and they assured me a technician will be there to resolve the issues. The issue was resolved for maybe a week or so, before it started again in March of 2013.

Again, I contacted PCN and was told it was not their issue but [redacted]. I called [redacted], at which time, they ran every possible test to try and resolve the issues. Unfortunately, when that did not work and I was back on the phone with PCN.

I explained to PCN that I have 3 DVR satellite boxes and all recordings were scrambled and unviewable. Each time they said a technician would be at my apartment, no one showed. When I expressed my grievance, I either told "A technician did come to your apartment, no one was home" or "It is not a PCN issue, you have to call [redacted]". This situation went on from March through May. Finally after being fed up and paying for services I was unable to use, I complained to my building management. Shortly thereafter, a technician was up to resolve my issues.

Please note, even though I was unable to receive 100% service and months of complaining, my bill was still being paid on time, with the one exception when I did not receive my invoice.

PCN then charged a late fee of $19.95 and then a nonsufficient fee of $40.00. Although I spoke to their manager and sent my cancelled check showing it was deposited and paid, they refused to credit my account for 1) months without service; 2) late fee; 3) insufficient fee charge

Each month I enclose a copy of my cancelled check and have asked to have my account adjusted. However, each month PCN CONTINUES to add a LATE FEE of $19.95 to my account. Also, my payment is sent prior to the due date of [redacted] of each month, PCN does not deposit until 10 - 15 days later and then additionally tacks on another late fee.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that ALL late and insufficient fund fees be waived and adjust my account accordingly.

Review: I have direct tv for cable but private network cable supplies the satellite dish for my apartment building . I'm having issues for a month with the picture freezing with an error message 771 flashing on my TV screens every 20 seconds . I'm paying for cable that I can't see. No one contacted me . I left several messages with company by phone and online no response as of yet. I need restitution .Desired Settlement: restitution and or out of my direct TV contract .

Review: Private Network Cable (PNC) purports to have taken over control of the satellite service for [redacted]. However, they are able to provide no documentation whatsoever for this fact. I have a direct account with DirecTV for my satellite service.

Out of my complete surprise, I began receiving monthly bills from PNC in mid 2014. I made repeated written and phone requests to PNC for documentation on why I was receiving these bills and what specific service I would receive in return for these bills. PNC would not respond to any of my inquiries.

Finally, on ** November 2014, I spoke to [redacted] on the telephone at PNC's main number. [redacted] assured me that I was not required to have a monthly billed account with PNC, and that the only consequence was that any outages of satellite service in my building would be my own responsibility, and/or I'd have to pay PNC ala carte for repair services. I agreed fully to these terms verbally with [redacted], and [redacted] assured me he would email confirmation of my account and that I owed no amounts to PNC.

[redacted] never followed up with an email. I sent another letter, certified return receipt, to PNC which was received on * January 2015. PNC did not respond to this letter, and instead merely sent me a form letter from their bill collections department requesting payment for the services which I did not contract for nor agree to pay for.

The situation remains unresolved.Desired Settlement: My requested resolution would be as follows: PNC honor the verbal agreement formed by [redacted] with me on the telephone on ** November 2014, and issue me a letter that confirms I owe no amounts whatsoever to PNC, and then PNC remove all data regarding me from their database.

Review: I changed cable companies on September **, 2015. I contacted Private Network Cable the same day. I was instructed by customer service to mail my cable boxes to the companie's address. October *, 2015 I contacted them and was informed that the boxes had been recieved.

The representative stated that I would receive my refund deposit within 7 business days. Week after week I contacted the company. Once or twice the billing department verified that a check had been issue but was returned. I verified my address again and their records confirmed my address was the same. The last time I contacted Private Network Cable was January 2016. I requested the check be sent to me by certified mail. The billing representative stated she would need approval before she could do that. However she promised to call me when my request was approved.

Today is February **, 2016 and I have not received my check or a phone call. I have been a faithful loyal customer for over 30 years and I would not recommend their services to Anyone!Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve my refund deposit plus late charges for 6 months. I would also like the check to be sent to me by certified mail.

Review: Sent check for 3 month payment, company posted1 month and billed me for the two months I paid for...I contacted them regarding the error...they asked for a copy of the cancelled check...I emailed a CPU and sent ahard copy by mail...I have called several times...I have received no response...the company has continued to bill me with late charges...what I would like is for this company to resolve this issue so that I can continue to receive service and have my excellent payment status returnedDesired Settlement: Clear up my account.

Review: We were required to go through Private Network Cable to receive [redacted], as directed by our condo association. We kept getting billed for equipment rental each month, which I'm not sure we realized when we first signed up, but I am not positive whether or not this was disclosed to us. We then stopped our service with [redacted] about a year ago. [redacted] instructed us to return the equipment directly to them, which told me we probably shouldn't have been paying PNC a rental fee anyway, because it seems that the equipment didn't belong to them in the first place.

It is now about a year later since we stopped our service with [redacted], and PNC has been sending us bills the whole time as if we still have "their equipment". We sent them $150 before we realized this was a scam, and now our bill is at $536.97.

I have called between 6-7 times over the past year, and every time I call, someone tells me they have to look further into my account and they will call me back - and they never call me back. Last month I finally got through to someone who said she would reduce the bill to about $100 and send a final bill, and I agreed to that just to get it off of my plate... and this month I received yet another bill for $536.97. Yet again I called, and they said they needed to call me back.

I read reviews online, and it seems they do the same thing to everyone.Desired Settlement: I would like the $536.97 cleared from my bill, my account closed out, and never to hear from this company again.

I would also like the $150 I previously sent them refunded.

This company is a scam, they provide absolutely NO value, they are thieves, and all online reviews that I read confirm this.
