For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There are no signs detailing that parking on the property is prohibited, especially because the lot if for a hour *** ***Also, I paid the ticket, because it stated the fine would be sent to collections if I did not pay it, and I did not want it to hurt my credit, but I did not accept the validity of the fine, because Private Parking Enforcement could not provide any proof of businessI would like to be refunded my "fine", because I do not believe Private Parking Enforcement to be a valid business, and I could not get confirmation that the owner of the lot employs Private Parking Enforcement to manage their lotI would like to know if they have any tax identification that could prove they are a business, because they have not been able to provide any thus far, which leads me to believe they might be committing tax fraud as well as unlawfully taking money from patrons of *** ***

These people don't answer their phone. Probably on purpose, because they want to make it difficult for people to do anything other than just pay up. Not getting a dime from me.

I parked overnight. okay. Ill pay the ticket. But Allow violators to make payments online. Guarantee you will have fewer complaints.

Review: I do not believe this is a legitimate business. I could not find any record of this business online, and they were unable to provide me with an EIN or any proof of business. When I called the police to verify the validity of the business' authority, they advised me that they do not know anything about the business either, but I would have to pay the ticket to avoid it being sent to collections. I do not understand how I must pay a fine from a business that does not seem to legitimately exist.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $30 that I paid in order to avoid collections, and I would also like this business to provide proof of business.

We received your letter requarding Miss [redacted]'s complaint. We have operated as a small business in the State College area for 25 yrs. We enforce the Penna Private Parking Law or private property for the property owners. Miss [redacted] was issued a ticket on March 9th 4:11 AM for parking on private property & leaving her vehicle unattended & in Penna. there is a law against doing this. The ticket was issued & she paid the ticket & a $10 late fee so she knew she had done something that she was not suppose to do. As far as we are concerned the case is closed.
