Private Property Towing

Review: My complain towards P.P.I towing service is due to getting my own vehicle tow on a Sunday May 22, 2016 at 5:15p.m. for been parked in front of my house while they say I was parked on a handicap spot. There is no handicap sign in front of my house. and If I parked there was due to some cleaning we were doing this particular day (removing/taking down) our old porch that is located on our driveway. When we were about to load good lumber to my truck it was gone in a blink of an eye. We were just following protocols from some inspections we got from our mobile home park. It is insane the amount of money they charge us to get our vehicle back. $421 dollars is what we got charged for to get our vehicle back that this company P.P.I tow away. It was not even more than 1 hour that they had our truck impounded at this ridiculous $421 included tow service, special equipment fee, storage fee, and gate fee. This is an unfair un-human thing to do to us after living on this property for 10 years.Desired Settlement: I would like to get some of my money refunded to us. It is insane the big amount of money they charge us $421 for all the services they say it was added to the bill. Not have I ever seen someone getting bill this amount of money before for towing a vehicle and keeping it impounded for less than 1 hour. A notice should of been provided to us on removing our vehicle if it was parked in a not designated area.Cant believe they didn't even took into consideration that we were removing our house porch
