In April 2015 I purchased hair from private stock hair and reviewed the hair in December 2015. Unfortunately, my experience with the hair wasn't as jovial as others who purchased the hair. I had the hair installed a couple of weeks after I received it. A month later I contacted private stock because I was experiencing problems with the hair tangling and matting. [redacted] emailed back right away and asked me to give her a call which I did. After we spoke I started using the shampoo and conditioner she recommended. However; I had to trash the hair in October because it was too tangled. In December 2015 I was perusing reviews on private stock website and came across one customer who had her hair for over a year so I decided to reviewed the hair I purchased. The review was my experience and wasn't nasty at all. I actually asked the customer to explain her routine with handling the hair. The next day I received a call from [redacted] asking about the review I wrote and giving the hair another try. I took a couple of days to think about it and decided to give the hair another try. However; when I attempted to log on I discovered my account had been deleted from private stock hair. I emailed and called [redacted] to discuss the reason for deleting my account but still waiting to receive some type of correspondence from her. This is definitely not how a professional should conduct business.

Good morning, im confused by the reply email I just received for Order #XXXXX . I never cancelled my order.[redacted] has received payment through [redacted], and did not refund me my money back.

Its already been 5 days since I placed the order so since it has not been shipped please kindly refund my money back to [redacted] and I will order my hair someplace else that will have it to me by Monday.

Also if it was canceled, why didn't I receive some form of cancelation notice. As a first time customer, your customer service process will not have me shopping here again.

Ordered and paid for particular products. Part of order is incorrect. Vendor sent cheaper item than what was purchased.Order# [redacted]Purchase date: 2/13/2015Payment method: credit card payment via[redacted]Products ordered: 1 ten-inch [redacted] ($105) and 2 twelve-inch [redacted] (2 x $117) for a total of 3 items ($105 + $234 + $15 (shipping) - $10 (promo code discount). My order was placed and paid for on February 13, 2015. By March 3, 2015 I still had not received my order so I contacted the private stock hair via email to inquire about the delay. I received a message immediately that my order was shipping that very day. I received the package on March 5, 2015, however the contents were both incomplete and incorrect. On March 5 I received two ten-inch [redacted]s when I had only ordered one ten-inch and two twelve-inch [redacted]s. I immediately phoned private stock hair. [redacted] apologized for the mishap and asked me to ship back one of the ten-inch pieces and she would send the correct two twelve-inch pieces along with refunding me of the shipping costs. I put the ten-inch hair in the mail to[redacted] on March 7, 2015. It arrived at her facility on March 9, 2015. She confirmed recipt and shipped out my supposedly correct order of two twelve-inch [redacted]s on March 11, 2015. I also received a refund for the shipping costs that I paid to send the wrong hair back.I received this package on March 13, 2015. I was sorely disappointed to find that it did not have two twelve-inch [redacted]s, but one ten-inch and one twelve inch. The same day, I wrote[redacted] an email stating this and asking for some remediation. When I did not receive a response back, I phoned private stock hair at 1-855-[redacted] and left a message on March 16, 2015 for[redacted] to get back to me about this issue. As of now, March 19, 2015 6:40 pm EST I have not had a response back.Desired SettlementI would like either a replacement twelve-inch [redacted] in place of this additional ten-inch that I did not order sent to me immediately or the difference in price refunded back to me ($12).Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], ownerContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]As the owner of Private Stock Hair Connection, LLC, I assume full responsibility for the confusion with respect to Customer [redacted]'s business transaction with us. Due to human error, Customer's order was fulfilled incorrectly. We immediately moved to correct our mistake and remedy associated shipping fees incurred. During our communications with Customer [redacted] it had been conveyed to her that the texture and length of hair extensions available at the time of her purchase had since been sold out and consequently on backorder. She was informed of the new approximate fulfillment period.While we can appreciate Customer [redacted]s concerns, It was never our intent to incorrectly fulfill her order and/or retain the $12 difference in retail cost between the products she actually received from that of the intended product. Rather than reimburse Ms. [redacted]'s $12 for the difference in cost of products,on 3/20/2015, I authorized a full refund to her in the amount of $117.00- the retail cost of the one hair extension in transit. If that had been the case, there would not have been an issue. Had I known, I would have waited for the correct item to be delivered to me. This was not requested back from the merchant, but as I am a person of integrity, I did not want to keep something that I did not purchase. Product received did not appear to match description on website. Attempted to resolve complaint with company previously with little response.I ordered two bundles of fro natural in 14" and 16" on 05/06/2016. My order number is #XXXXX. The hair was shipped on 05/18/2016 and delivered on 05/20/2016. This hair was not kinky at all Although that is the way it was described on the company's website. The hair received is soft and curly. Going off of the pictures on the website the hair looks more like the pure beauty texture if not softer. I have finger combed and separated a small section of one of the bundles with no improvement. Received a second opinion from my hair dresser who agreed that the texture is not as described. I emailed private stock hair through their website on 05/22/2016 expressing my concerns about my order. I received a response about an hour later asking if I had finger combed the hair at all. It took me an hour to respond informing them that I had. No additional responses have been received, even after sending another email through the website several days later. I was willing to do an exchange previously however after purchasing hair from another company which was the appropriate texture I no longer have any use for this hair nor do I have any desire to keep it.Desired SettlementSince I have already purchased a replacement from another country I no longer wish to keep this hair and would like to have a refund.Business Response We have received your complaint with the Revdex.com and do wish to resolve this issue with you as previously stated. We made a failed attempt to contact you by telephone on July 10, 2016 prior to your complaint and again on July 11, 2016 in an attempt to resolve this matter. Pursuant to your complaint and our store policy, in order to process your refund you are required to return both hair pieces to us at the following address. You must incur the return shipping cost. The hair must be in the same new condition as it was when it was shipped to you. We understand that one bundle was 'fingercombed' but the hair have otherwise not been altered to include wetting.Once we have received the return of our new bundles of hair we will happily refund your order as well as the associated USPS small flat rate shipping cost.
