APT was paid 3//but they didn't pay the sub contractorsI have liens on my house APT was paid in 3/6/why was lien place on my house on 3/30/Ground works solution and Better mix are the two companies APT didn't pay so they put liens on my propertyI contacted APT I was told to contact Steve Psteven[redacted] @bipc.comI can't reach him after numerous emails and phone callsWhen I finally reached him he told me I did have any liensI was served with a certified mail by these companies regarding the lienSteve was incorrect then I was told this would be taken care ofNow, time is going by and no Steve is still denying the lien so I email him the lien and payment that was received and cashed by APT

No one has contacted us for payment and repair of the damage this company has caused to our home
We were told all damage would be taken care of and the water bills paid They have also covered our roof with hydraulic fluid from faulty equipment and not covering any windows, doors, etc The roof cannot be patched The hydraulic fluid ruins the shingles and there is concrete all over I have broken and damaged gutters, broken sidewalk, window was broken, my A/C compressor is full of cement, windows and screens covered with cement and when they tried power washing the screens it took all the finish off them My lawn has a lot of missing grass, destroyed plants, cement all over, some was thrown in my neighbors lot and then I have to hear from the neighbors as well The owner of the sub contracting company hasn't met or spoken with us at all There is also quite a bit of other damage like my curbing is destroyed, they shook the house at one point so hard it knocked off porcelain
